I have visited Varanasi many times but this time I took a bad decision of staying here. dirty bed Smelly rooms and has bedbugs.. Taps of bathroom not working properly, no proper ventilation in room, Host is very rude with guests.Worst experience ever..owner is a third class ,doesn't know how to behave with customer. Bad behaviour by owner. If there was an option of giving zero star I would have given that. The worst home ever. Please pay 100-200 extra and book a good home/guest house/hotel. This stay will ruin your tour. Please be aware of the fake reviews about the owners.

The facilities can be better. At least they should provide towel, soap and drinkable water. They should put boards in the streets so that travellers can easily find it out.

Cleaning

Room is too small and floor sticker torn and no cleanness and spider net all around the room, light is very poor, bathroom is very bad it is not clean at all. They didn't change the bed sheet and pillow cover after some one check out before me. Location is very bad the entry of this Property is from a lawn of other people and it's too much narrow. Overall I experienced is very bad I didn't recommend any to stay here.

There is no any staff at property, only owner(about 75 year old) attend you for all your requirements. His behavior is very bad.

I can't talk nothing good about it. Very poor service. Smells in the rooms blankets bedsheet. I asked them to change it but the owner told me to buy my own if it smells. Very poor service and behaviour of the owner and the last thing the dirty path which leads to the stay. What a dirty path. Every time I go in and out to the hotel I had to close my nose and mouth.

I like the host Mr. S.S. Purohit ‘s approach. he is such a gem of person. especially I recommend people from south must visit & stay their. his communication & developing Varanasi tour itinerary was very helpful for me to cover the entire city with low cost. he suggested some good hotels for eat also he take me to purchase good Banarasi sarees. I highly recommend to the people who want to stay without city noise near to kasi viswanath temple gate no2.

The facilities provided were very good and the location is fantastic, very near to the main ghat and temple. The owner, Mr. Purohit was very kind and considerate, he helped us a lot and his behaviour towards the guests was immaculate.

Cleanliness in corners. There were mosquitoes'.

Its value for money. Mosquito repellent needed in rooms. Bathroom is good but room has no vantilation. I have not taken photos but some corners of rooms were not clean. Calll me i will explain. Charge is good. Location is good - near Kashi Vishwanath Mandir. Finding location is difficult. You have to walk through small streets. I would prefer if they have rooms at first floor with vantilation and Aircondition. Thanks

I booked two same room with same rate and one a.c room...there was free cancellation facility till 24 hrs before arrival but the owner demanded advance payment just after online booking and told me he is going to cancel the whole booking otherwise, I paid the advance...after reaching there he gave us a very small and clumsy room with leaking water and foul smell , when I asked for same two rooms the owner got furious and was shouting...and told us to leave the place very rudely...but that was peak season there and my family(two senior citizen and four girls) was with me I could't do anything but stay on their rate and conditions...worst travel experience in life...

Despite the good price and the apparent friendliness of the elderly person who attends the guests (which later turned out to be something different), there is not much else I can say well about this accommodation. They do not provide soap or towels. The room is very small and quite dirty (for example, I had to ask to change the pillowcase, as it were the same from the previous guest), there are no windows that allow you to see the outside and let in light. From 6 am you can hear a noise from some machinery that no longer allows you to rest. I also asked for help to organize a boat trip and as they are local they could recommend the best value for money, but they didn't even do it for me. In the end, as I had overnight transport, I asked if they could store my luggage after check-out. The elderly man agreed, but when I returned to the accommodation to make time for my transport schedule, after 1 hour the gentleman said me I had to leave. In 8 months traveling around the world it was the first time it happened to me, so the name "Radha Krishna" has little to do with the way they treat guests.

The gullies to reach the guest house is very dirty and when it rains its difficult to walk through.. Not a problem of the guest house but for consideration.

Location - need to walk a bit as the taxi or auto rickshaw drops you about a km away. However on the positive side the residence is very close to Annapoorna temple and KasiViswanthar temples gate 4. And is very walkable to Dasaswamedh ghat (main ghat)
