Though bathrooms were clean the taps were always leaking, we requested for room change due to some issue and they were polite to accommodate us with another room. Not a bad thing, they have different size of rooms, make sure to ask them or see it before booking.

Staff are very friendly, the location is close to highway and ring road hence avoids city traffic. Did not eat at their restaurant it was clean and maintained well. There are no clean and good restaurants outside. Hence not many choices for restaurants. You can see the room before booking/paying for it, which is nice.

The washroom window need maintenance immediately as privacy concern. The walls need to be water proofing treatment as plaster is peeling off.

The room was spacious and washroom too. The beds were comfortable. The AC was working as expected. The breakfast was good in taste. Descent parking space.

They were not at all listening me and were very adamant to claim the extra , excessive room tarriff.

Hotel owner and Manager were very rude to talk and cheated me by demanding and forcing me to pay excess amount of approximately Rs 2621/- and again at the time of check out damanded Rs 272/- for no specific clarification. Myself showed them the nail correspondence with booking ,com stating that my arrival and departure is confirmed by the hotel with no extra charges. Still they forcede to pay 2621/- failing which they threatened me to check out at night 1100 pm on 09th Mar itself. Thus they were very rowdy. Suggest arrange to make the reimburse me the said excessive payment. The concerned hotel should be immediately deleted from booking.com list and nobody should go there though the housekeeping was satisfactory.

Hot water facility was available only for a limited period during the day. No one offered to clean the room on second day. No room service was available early morning.

The bar served complimentary sprouts which was awful, resulted in stomach infection. After 4 days of fighting diarrhoea. I am on IV in the hospital, Please take care. Otherwise everything was very good. Stay in the hotel but not sure about food quality.

There is unfinished interior work and need to complete that No electric machine to get hot water for drinking They have to pestcontol regularly ..cockroaches in some of the rooms..we were lucky to have good room without any cockroaches You do not get tea at hotel early morning ..you can get after 8am. Breakfast options are very limited No intercom facility
