Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomMoved room due to unbelievable loud noise from bar - newly allocated room not as previously booked - pool not available - 2 out of 3 lifts not working - room service totally inadequate - room facilities poor with no hairdryer and numerous lights not working - drinks included in package booked not provided and refused by staff - I could go on but I would simply encourage others to consider these comments.

IndiaSwimming area pool bar was closed. Room had no snacks, no iron so had to request the iron. We were couple with 2 kids in a room. 4 people staying but facilities were only for 2 ( like towels, brush , 2 bottles of water instead of 4 , etc) And there were no bath Robs in the room. When I paid higher price for our hotel stay I expect higher expectations.
Breakfast was great & had variety of options for everyone like North Indian, SouthIndian, continental etc. Area was clean. Staff was very friendly & helpful from front desk to room service, Staff (person) who was at pool area , breakfast area & front doormen all were very professional . I remember getting positive first impression from Neetu & Rani at front desk. Both made sure we had smooth & efficient check in & check out experience. Food was fresh and delightful.

Nothing at all! Run down and we did not stay past 10 minutes as the rooms and corridors were run down, had foul dampness smell and moulds all over. Still waiting for my money to be refunded which I paid for 4 days and stayed for none

IndiaVery pathetic experience in such a expensive hotel , we stayed for two nights and paid Rs16000 .00 , I was with my family for vacation in jaipur . Room was very smelly & water leakages from washroom and leaked towards the bed side area ,it happened during the shower. Requested for change the room but they didn't give the attention to the complaint. Room service was very poor ,need to remind for things asked for arranged many phone calls .

IndiaHow come the Hotel close the swimming facility for the guest due to private parties….i was informed pool to be opened till 7.00 PM but when I went 6.30 PM it was closed for private party….What benefit I got even paying so high price…. And in the morning time the pool was full of pigeons and no one to clean it..
