The dinner buffet seemed over priced, so we opted for a-la-carte instead. Also we wanted to have a pizza, but their kitchen oven was not working.

We stayed during the Christmas holidays from 23rd to 25th.. The hotel could have had a some extra arrangements for children to enjoy.. a small token gift from Santa even chocolates. Such small gestures add a little extra to the experience. We expected a bit more from Radisson blu. Also the ala carte menu at Aparanta is not at all good for vegeterians. Kokum spice is slightly better. But both are extremely slow at service.

Overall it was a pleasant stay as the kids enjoyed the pool and play area. The housekeeping was also prompt enough.

The rate was double during the weekend. Food could be better. More local food variety is welcome.

Staff were courteous and helpful. The room was abutting the pool and added to the lovely experience. The balcony extending to the pool is a perfect setting. I think there are just 8 or 9 rooms that have this facility. The pool is large and fun. The recreation room is nice with kids play area, a pool table, foosball, air-hockey, TT, Carrom and Chess board, There is a small library too.

Restaurant service was very slow. Considering that it was peak Diwali season they were understaffed in the A la carte section that we visited. Food delivery time was upwards of 30min. Food quality was good But very slow service and understaffed

Location was not great, since it was quite inside and you can't explore the area around after evening. You need to pretty much stay within resort area. Resort area is big enough to spend time with friends and family. Not much public transport available. Breakfast was good with good options

We visited Radisson to celebrate our Dad's bday. The room decoration, goodies and cake were impressive. The facilities, children's play area and the recreation room were great. They have a nice swimming pool, cycles and tennis and football turf. Piano lounge and the pianist Vaibhav were an unexpected bonus, absolutely enjoyed the evening listening and singing to old bollywood and western songs.. The breakfast spread was great with alternate options for dietary restrictions as well. The staff at Aparanta were courteous and attentive. Overall we had a wonderful stay here. Would definitely recommend it.

the swimming pool was occupied first day of stay diue to some promotional shoot. the pool is in middle of the property surrounded by restaurant, cultural program area and the residential rooms and hence less privacy

Rooms were good, ambience was nice, staff was very helpful, esp the staff at check in and in the restaurant, specially ms priti who always welcomed us with a smile food was good especially the starters. we ordered ala carte for lunch and dinner, the breakfast buffet was average only don't go to any beach nearby like alibag or varsoli beach, go to kashid beach which is the best clean beach with golden sand

The staff is extremely warm and supportive. Very very helpful 😊. When my father fell down they took superb care of him. Each and every one of them. We are very thankful to the staff for helping us in our difficult time.

The only thing was the Martini that was ordered. It was not a Perfect Martini.

Food was ordinary. We were in for Dinner buffet which was a waste. Extra bed in the room was super uncomfortable. There were already mosquitoes in the room when we moved in. The stagnant water body around the property probably causes mosquitoes to thrive. Please consider replacing it with a lawn instead. The pool could be cleaner. It has moss on the steps and in the corners. Nothing much to do outside the property and the beaches close by are not worth visiting to be honest.

We had the newly renovated Deluxe rooms in a separate wing. It was spacious and well done up. The lobby area also was nice. Staff were young, courteous and attentive. Breakfast was decent. Children's play area was nice and well maintained. Overall the property is clean and good enough for a 1-2 night stay.

Food didn't meet the standard of 5 star hotel. We ordered lunch around 4pm as we had late afternoon check-in. We ordered Rotis and Parathas they were weak (kacha) informed in room dining staff than they replaced it but took long time. Breakfast idlis, noodles were not fresh idlis need to be soft but they were hard as rock. They do not seem to give fresh food. But they store and serve for next day it seems. Veg Cheese Grill Sandwich was bad. No innovative thought just random tomato, cucumber and normal small bread which we get in any grocery stores they gave. With coleslaw was good and fries. Called it multi grain sandwich. Which didn't look great. Food quality needs to improve my rating will be 2/5 the amount we pay it is not worth that quality.

2 Deluxe Rooms, 4 PPL, Family Vacation. From 11 Oct to 13 Oct 2023 Rooms are spacious, new interiors, neat and clean. Loved the interiors. Lobby of new renovated building looks amazing. Swimming pool is huge, clean. Hotel Staff is friendly, kind, helpful.

Restaurant lighting was limited. Made it a bit gloomy. Limited spread in all beffets and repeated menu Kids play area was limited with a defunct air hockey

Great property The pool was superb. Had a mat flooring throughout. Kept it warm. Never seen this. Newly done toddlers play area was superb
