Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

IndiaThe property lacks greenery, the villas do not look very luxurious for the price paid. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. None of the rooms had mirrors in it. The bathroom only had half mirrors. Two bedrooms didn’t have anything for keeping big bags. The rooms don’t have a feel of luxury, looks very bland with just yellow painted walls. They really need to work on their breakfast buffet, they don’t know to make idlis and chutney( one of the worst I have eaten in my life), pathetic levels for a hotel of this size. In general the South Indian dishes are extremely ordinary. Taste is very mediocre in general , missal too salty.
The property is big in area . Staff is courteous and were accommodative for last minute changes in reservation. Farhana, Rohit and Divyam were helpful. Gave me a good deal for dinner buffet too.

IndiaBasic stupidity which I couldn't understand - no indoor games room available. One TT table just thrown into a dimly lit passage. Totally unusable. No other kids entertainment available. This is a big disappointment if they want to target family crowd - play zone was unnecessarily expensive and biggest joke it closed at 9 pm. The real need for entertainment is after dinner when people are done with swimming - cricket turf shut down at 9 pm. Again illogical since during summer time it is not possible to play before 6 pm and by the time people came down to play, it was shut - other facilities like cycle were non existent. again a huge let down since its a big property giving ample riding space
Huge property, excellent food quality, friendly staff

IndiaThe intercom telephones in our room were not working (both of them). There was constant power cut. Though it was generator backed up, constant power cut with 20-25 seconds without pwer connectivity was irritating. Every time the power came back the TV was restarting which was disturbing during night time (post 12 AM) as we were trying to sleep. The location of the resort is not that great. No good restaurants in the 5 km radius. The hotel does not allow any outside food. The road that leads to the resort is in very poor condition (approx 20 km) which made our journey a little tiring.
The breakfast buffet spread was good with lost of options. We also had dinner at the multi-cuisine restaurant and the quantity and quality of food was satisfying. We also ordered room service and it was delivered on time. The pool was clean and the location was very airy making it a pleasant and relaxing experience. The room size was comfortable with all essential amenities. Our room had a balcony . It was cozy and spacious with outdoor furniture facing the poolside. Good location for 1-2 nights staycation with spouse or family.

IndiaThe property is filled with banquet halls and mostly this hotel is meant to cater to conventions, exhibitions, marriage parties etc. All these activities are really disturbing for a family holiday. Last night ie on 23rd, a group of marriage party were talking and clapping inside the block where rooms are located. This loud noise continued till 3 am on 24th. Very bad experience.
New hotel and so everything looks good. Rooms are spacious and in room facilities are good.

IndiaThis is supposedly a 5-star hotel but the place was dull with some sort of construction work going on right at the entrance to the hotel. The rooms need an upgrade and need regular upkeep / cleaning... There were cracks on the walls, and we spotted a large spider in the living room and a small cockroach in the bathroom. The breakfast and pool area was completely detached and further away from our room area cluster meaning we had to walk in the hot sun to get to the pool while crossing the construction area. There was simply no attention to guest convenience. The landscaped areas were poorly maintained with water pipes strewn across the lawn and water dripping everywhere. The children's play area and equipment were dusty and dark in the evening. Most of the facilities were closed and in the dark. In the evening, most of the common areas, corridors and restaurant areas were closed with no lights... Even when we asked someone to turn them on, there was no action from the staff. They seemed to be least bothered by our request. The hotel is surrounded by mountains and is next to a river. But the rooms or the facilities are oriented towards neither or have no connection with them which makes you wonder what's the point of coming to stay here?! The hotel is only good for conventions and business meetings and not meant for leisure / family travel.
In-room dining service was good

IndiaToo much noise from the corporate event, especially in the pool and lawn area. We came for relaxation and a break from the city's hustle, but the disturbance made it difficult, especially for us and the small kids.
The staff was courteous and very helpful, taking care of every small request in the best possible way. A special thank you to Lika (the guest relations personnel) – you were incredibly helpful to us!

IndiaSince the resort is next to a river, sometimes the smell of the river wafts into the resort. Proximity to the river also brings bugs & mosquitoes into the resort.

IndiaMaintenance of the 2 Bed villas is lacking - chairs in living room were creaking, dust and spiders in balconies and fixtures in the bathrooms are not 5 star standard at all Location of the 2 bed villas makes it seem like a run down construction area - Balconies all look into other villas rather than on the hill sides so certainly defeats the purpose Small things are missing - No hand towels in the washrooms; no writing pads or pencils; no minibar in a 5 star villa ! Price charged and quality are a mismatch - when asked to upgrade to Executive section for 1st night (third night of our stay) was told no rooms available - i checked online, rooms were available at half the rate i paid for the date so maybe that was the reason upgrade wasnt provided to us !! Its a nice property with grt food and very nice staff but not keeping with the Radisson standard seen in Goa/Alibaug etc
Food - Taste Variety and Service at the restaurants was spot on - Alankar, Sumanta and others were all very helpful and polite pool - well maintained and depth being amenable to small kids is helpful

IndiaThere was no coordination between your staff, they were clueless on asking for any assistance. We had booked 2 rooms 502 & 623. Firstly the flush was not working in our room, there was no mini fridge in one room & in the other it was not working. Upon calling on the reception number it would take a good 40mins for someone to assist us! The buffet for lunch & breakfast was not at all good! You need to improve the quality & taste of the food served. Over all it was No Value for the money we spent.
The surrounding property was good & well maintained.

IndiaRoom hygiene could have been better. It was clean but overall feel could be better. I have visited their Nashik hotel and the room feel itself was luxurious which i thought lacked here. There were some visible wall cracks and room flooring also looked old.
Breakfast is always excellent with Radisson hotels. Pool, spa, evening activities, food, property and location all was a plus for me. We enjoyed our 2 day stay. Staff is very cordial and helpful. They even have a kids play area and games arcade which is like a additional benefit so you have plenty to do at the property itself
