There could be more options in food and also they should make it less spicy. Everything was very very spicy. They should include more kid friendly food options. Apart from food, everything else was good.

It was our anniversary and they made it extra special for us by decorating our room so beautifully and they also gave us gifts. We enjoyed the fun park and kid zone a lot.

It was wonderful experience. I went there to celebrate my wife's birthday and hotel did decorate the room to celebrate the occasion. Special thanks to Ilu who took care of the everything and provided all the information needed before checkin and during the stay. Good hospitality.

Power cut was quite frequent and that was the only drawback which I didn't like.

Staff were excellent and they are always eager to help. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay around such wonderful people and I am looking forward to visit the property again.

Nothing really.

The place, the food and the vibes were good. But the best thing about this place is the staff. The people here are always at your service with a warm, genuine smile on their faces. This isn't fake. They are really very helpful people. Which means that the management takes good care of them and the work culture must be good. Will certainly come back to this place.

Food rules, they have very limited food menus also the taste was not that good / great I think due to 5* standards and it was massiv expensive, i stayed in many 5* they serve good food quantity and tasty food comparision to karjat property also they don't allow you to order from swiggy / zomato kindly note rider can reach to this property with u r taste food this also includes no takeaway from any other restaurants if unwant to oder in room other 5* in mumbai, goa, kerala, Hyderabad give u that's much of liberty

The food is extremely expensive. a cup of tea costs 250 and honestly it is not that great. given that there aren’t any other options, one is stuck with it. Rooms weren’t vacuumed and could be cleaner

The checkin and checkout services was poor, confusing and time consuming. The staff insisted on us paying for buffet breakfast for our 9 year old child (at half price of an adult) at the check-in when it could have easily been added to the room bill. Plus, it is usually customary for a child to have complimentary breakfast upto the age of 12. Similarly, during checkout the process was delayed as there were two food bills belonging to some other guests that had wrongly been charged to us. After checking the records etc. this was finally removed from the final bill. Lastly, your FUN zone area - while it was a great concept - the prices were 2-3 times of normal city charges. Had the prices been more reasonable it would have attracted more guests and would have been enjoyable by all.

The property itself was nice, good swimming pool, nice rooms, good view of the ghats etc. The food in room service was also good and tasty, although we didnt get some of the stuff we would have liked to have ordered. The FUN game zone was also nice and good to have it within the property with its own bowling alley, bouncing area and games although it was ridiculously priced and hence hardly any guests were using it.
