cleanliness - hotel needs deep cleaning, bathroom has molding and rusting, bedroom carpet needs to be thoroughly cleaned. poor ventilation - in bedroom and bathroom expensive - unused coupon was not adjusted against final invoice! (unhelpful)

- The front desk staffs were icy cold and not welcoming during check in - Initially before booking this hotel, we intended to hold our wedding reception here but the event team didn't seem to be interested to explain or provide information. Very arrogant event/sales team! Eventually we had our wedding reception at Fairfield by Marriot who are more professional in all aspect!

I rated 8 star for Mr Sanjay Sing who was prompt in rectifying the issue. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness!

We were downgraded to a standard room although I booked business. Noticed that next morning before check out. The manager blamed technical mistake with Genius discount and said they have got the booking for a standard room. The booking.com says they have my booking for a business room and wrote a long message resulting in "mistakes happen". Well, I don't know who is right but thus is first such mistake. The hotel needs deep cleaning. Superficially it's clean but all surfaces are stained: even the bed head, wall near the toilet, all the spaces between bathroom tiles, shower head and hose, etc. I believe tiles have even some mold. The cleaning staff needs proper training. Windows need washing from outside. The restaurant stuff was trying to be very nice to my kid but I'd really appreciate if they didn't offer anything chocolate, ice creamy or sweet directly to him without asking me first or even better not mentioning the sweets all together. Overall I'd expect better from Radisson.

Food was great both for breakfast and dinner. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Great sound isolation: windows were facing the road but we didn't hear a thing from outside. New and comfy mattresses.

This Hotel needs renovation like need to change the lights in whole premises old lights are their now its time for LED & need some small improvements in room equipments

Expected fresh cut fruits when I was at the table , which were done after I finished my breakfast.

The staff were really nice , had booked a standard double room , almost when entering came to know that room was still not ready and the staff upgraded me to a business class room immediately .

The maintenance seems to be left out during checks. Telephone not operative, TV settings disheveled. Bathroom Doo (#414) would not close. Sanitizer dispensers dysfunctional (floor lift landing).
