I did not like the bathroom, bathrooms always needs appropriate maintenance. The wash basin drain was clogged.

I have visited this hotel with my family , this hotel had bathroom that has glass partition will room the curtains that was on glass was not fully covering the bathroom luckily we had 2 rooms therefore whenever we need to use bathroom we either sayed other members to shift to another room or we had to trust them and say ki please don't se towards the bathroom as it is clearly visible inside the bathroom.

Long waiting time during check in., staff take instructions for any asdistance but they never perform. Either they ignore or forgot because no importance was provided. Collecting money in full payment in advance and putting us to wait instead of providing rokms quickly. Very slow credit card machines to settle bills

Being an Suite room AC was not working in the room. Drilling noise all the day, broken buttons in the bathroom, Room feels like older then 20 years. Carpet smells bad.

Staff at the restaurant was very unprepared. Food take way too long to come and when it does, only half came and the other half 25 minutes later. We ordered a pot of tea and waited for more than 40 minutes for it.

The facilities were under renovation so nothing was available at the moment. Room were not upto the mark of 5 star hotel. One of the curtain had threads coming out of it.

The room were spacious and location is within a range of 5Kms from EON IT Park which is handy.

Their response is very slow. I have been asking for a copy of the invoice (I paid my room dues at the time of check-in, and missed collecting the invoice at the time of check-out) but have not received it yet, nor an acknowledgement of my mail.

A huge piece of plank from the ceiling dropped just outside the toilet as my friend got out of the shower. It was hanging down. All the Duty Manager could do was to apologise for the inconvenience when the whole experience was traumatic and dangerous. The bedspread had hair all over. The room was very run down, from the outside it looks okay, but really bad inside. I have never had such an unpleasant experience in Pune before. Even the staff service was really bad. My friend ordered a dish for breakfast at a counter where 3 staff were attending, but nothing was served even after half an hour.

Food quality was not good. Mostly all dishes are spicy and hot ( little towards rural area near pune ) . I pointed it out to the sheaf. He was descent enough to get me a soup ( clear veg ) and I could enjoy it. But he also agreed that they don’t have simple and descent dishes good for international/ executive business class.

Difficult to look outside the bedroom, Windows are not cleaned outside Fireworks outside at Midnight in the street. Noise and loud music at the rez de chaussee level because of some event

Some members of staff are particularly pleasant and helpful at reception, in the restaurant and in the rooms. rooms are confortable Organisation of the cab to reach the office ( very good organization )
