The tub wasn’t 100% clean, it might have been because the tub is on the outside. They should put a small table next to it. They shouldn’t put laser lighting in the bar at night, it clashes with the calm nature of the hotel

The hotel is very well designed with some nice details and interesting finishes. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, very considerate of guest needs. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was very good. They have day activities, pool and a good bathtub in the balcony of the room, which was very spacious and clean.

The Facade on the windows blocks the view.

The property was absolutely clean and well maintained , the breakfast and dinner menu / spread was good , the food prepared was fresh and tasty. The staff was very polite and helpful.

No heated pool. Some games are not free in the games room.

Mr. Prince and Yaseen are great employees who helped us during our stay. Food was amazing. They gave us complimentary high tea. Rooms are spacious and have a sofacum bed. Balcony is big. Kid zone is amazing.

The property is situated near other small resorts or individual properties surrounding it. We have opted for a room with bath tub, but it was quite inconvenient to use it as it was kept in the balcony area and blinds were provided for only one side. The other side had a see through grill with partially visibility from outside. If blinds were provided on all sides it would be convenient use, at least for some of us.

The infrastructure and the ambiance were good. The staff were courteous and food was good as well.

Buffet for dinner was average. Only 4 non vegetarian options were present. Special mention amd warning about pool. Pool has sharp edges everywhere and slippery margins. Steps are dark and large to main pool area again with edges which can prove injurious. Kiddie pool has no steps at all. Major engineering issues related to pool related to safety. Spa is average. Staff present at spa is not upto the standards in terms of a premium property.

Location is very good, away from rush. Check in was smooth. Front desk staff is exceptional, special mention of Siddhesh who was very kind, courteous and helpful. Rooms are specious and clean. Restaurants and bar are very good as well. Breakfast was quite good too. So far best hotel in Lonavla

Dispute booking was done for 3 adults to stay in one room, room was not ready for 3 adults in terms of toiletries, towels, tea coffees etc. it was of course provided upon request but 5 star hotel of Radisson statures should remain proactive to have highest customer satisfaction

Check-in time should be re-considered, checking at 3 PM kills half of your stay and by the time you settle in your room it's already time for high tea! The Mashal Show with Karaoke should be hosted at a better place rather than the entrance which makes it look very congested.

The overall design and interior of the Hotel was very unique and impressive, All the staff were very courteous and helpful. The game room/Gym was very good. The Hotel room beds very huge and room had enough space.

Service. Getting table at dinner was also difficult proposition. I asked my four guest to join but proper table could not get.

Location, cleanliness and food was also good but the service was very late. Though they were listening but service could not reach in time.

The outer facade created by the hotel as part of the overall theme blocks the entire view of the mountains from the balcony. It defeats the very purpose of booking a room with balcony.

Food. The food is below average. The food is not worth the amount we pay for it. There are less varieties. The taste is also very average of all their dishes. I would suggest their team once to visit Taj Vivanta's restaurant to get an idea about their food choices.

Staff was humble. Location was easily accessibke through maps. Ambience was nice. Rooms were clean. Activities were carried out well.

I would like to suggest you that you can keep some hampers of snacks in the room for the guest to have in free time, also can add some landscape elements in the property, so that guests can enjoy them. Also one thing which I didn't like is check-in & check-out time of yours.

location was good, also the breakfast was nice. Architecturally the property is good. Activities which are there for the guest to keep them indulging and refresh them add cherry to the cake
