We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

JapanSome places, you can see it’s really old and have not been renovated. For example, the toilet on the first floor. You see some parts are rusted.
The staffs at this hotel was excellent! Especially, the man who brought our food to our room always asked us if everything was okay :) He wore big smiles all the time! Also, other staffs were helpful. Dinner was excellent. Breakfast buffet was okay. It would be great if they have more continental options.

Spainthe size of the rooms are okay however the showever wasnt very clean and the sheets gave yoy the same feeling. plus at 10 am we had someone banging with a hammer on the floor above us and we couldnt sleep more
all of the staff were super helpful and spoke good english, they helped us book a guide for the Taj Mahal the night before, we even had a little problem because our train got cancelled and they let us chill in their lobby for 4-5 hours until we could organise ourselves, so, very helpful indeed.

The staff was very helpful. The food was good, menu a la carte had plenty of choices. The waiter Mohan was very friendly. Price is good for what you get.

IndonesiaThey definitely need to put net curtains on the windows. We could not open our curtains as we were on the first floor and would have no privacy. Please fix this as everything else was so good, but this spoiled our stay. Our curtains were closed for the duration of our stay.
Great location, 7 minutes to the Taj Mahal. Helpful reception staff. Bed very comfy, air-con good, WiFi strong, very clean, brilliant menu for room service. Breakfast very good.
