How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Room facility is very poor because intercom connection is disconnected at the time time so I'm very frausted this facility. Fridge is not working this room and TV recharge but showing some error.
Breakfast is not good I want a nonveg but ur staff say that this is not possible in this time so totally waste of money. Location is good.

Pool was closed for maintenance when we arrived even though they said it was open when I called before booking the night before. I specifically called before booking (the night before arrival) asking if the pool was open and they lied to me, assuring me that it was open. The pool was one of the main criteria we were looking for in hotels in the area and the first thing I saw on arrival the next afternoon was a sign in the lobby saying the pool was closed for maintenance. I got angry about them lying to me about it, asked to cancel my reservation and booked elsewhere.
Lobby looked nice. Close to Neemrana Fort.

Service... Food. Room everything was great. Can work on noises from another room and bathroom and need to clean windows so that customer can fully enjoy the view. Enjoyed my time playing billiards and near swimming pool..... Thank you for making our stay comfortable.... ☺

Where to start 1. Bags were sent to wrong room. 2. Have to be reminded 3 times to fetch bags from the car 3. At check out also , we had 3 rooms, we kept our bags ourselves in the car. 4. WC was backing up. Flush wasn't working at all. 5. Room was smelly. 6. Sheets were moist. 7. They lost our manual key attached our car keys at the valet. We have left our number there if anyone found it. 8. We asked for green salad , they sent us half tomato , half cucumber in a plate. 9. Staff at check in was covered with holi colours, totally unprofessional. 10. Bathtub had big dark stains in it. 11. Bathroom amenities were missing.
Except location , everything was worse than imagination.

I really didn't like the room and the size. Mattress in the room were uncomfortable l, couldn't sleep the whole night. We booked for 2 days but need to check out on day 1 due to uncomfortable experience. Even there was leakage in the washroom while bathing. It was really a bad experience. For next day, we need to book Neemrana Fort Palace to stay.

They do not have much options available for eating. they should be ready to with Chinese but they do not have stating they to have arrangements.
Property is really well maintained and the staffs are really helpful and soft spoken.

No luxury, no comfort... Hotel is in bad shape, Extra cot/bed was out from some store with nails oozing out and dust on it, breakfast spread is limited with very spicy food. Room curtains dont cover the windows so light fills the room at 6 am disturbing the sleep totally. Wifi and TV channels connection is extremely poor.. We had to use our mobile data all the time for internet. Overall, Its highly neglected property. Swim area doesn't have proper showers and changing room.. its under construction.. Badly managed property.
