Good, little more variety required

Owner asked for extra payment in the form of tax and GST. This was not listed on booking.com. Overall I had to pay 1372 Indian rupees as extra. Also(and I have observed it in most places in India), as soon as a booking is made, we(the customer) are asked to pay 40-50% upfront. Now booking.com provides an option to cancel until 1day prior to arrival but since the owner has already taken the amount, you cannot explore other options.

Nice friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable stay. And very very good home made vegetarian food. Thanks a lot to the caretaker Kishore Kumar ji for all the help.

The food they served was homecooked but was very bland and mediocre. serves provided are not value for money.

Ask for Google location beforehand. Getting to the hotel will be tricky. location is good, you can an electric rickshaw from this place. Free Parking is available on-site. Rooms and washroom were clean.

Property is fairly new and facilities in the rooms are not complete .cupboards , table and chairs not there . Tv was there but no internet . The host was friendly and good character . The food was good .

I have received all the comfort and best amenities there so there is nothing wrong there.

The Breakfast was delicious, the staff is very kind and helpful. Room was very quite and cleanliness and all the facilities provided by hotel is much more than my expectations.

Cleaning room daily. Provision of basic amenities, access to hotel, price, and honesty and adherence to what is advertised on booking.com. Should be removed from booking.com This hotel should not be allowed to state pay at hotel and then ring me to demand 50%deposit because they did not want to pay booking.com fees. In brief not a good place or management.

Very poor hotel and manager. No facilities at all. Did not clean rooms or give clean towels. Extremely highly priced for a very basic room. Access to hotel restricted. Manager went outside of booking.com to demand 50% deposit and immediate payment on arrival. Tried to con me out of money for each request eg. Tea, transport to airport by charging extortionate fees.

The hotel offered and I Booked a room with Balcony, all charges to be paid on Arrival and free Cancellation till then. The Hotel insisted on 50% up front, which Booking.Com could not allow or do. The Hotel cancelled the room and only threatened to provide another lower category room if I accepted. Having no choice I had to accept and never got confirmation despite my various messages to the owner/provider of the hotel, meaning I had travel with my wife not knowing if there was any, any accommodation available at all. Very, very Nerve racking for someone paying £80.00 per night, staying Nine nights and having no other accommodation at all available in the whole town. Will be seeking full compensation from Booking.Com and the Hotel. Gave a token discount for the inferior room which I had no choice to accept. Reliability is what we look for when booking through Booking.Com and this certainly got abused up to my enforced stay at the RAMALAYAM

Staff Kishore did do his best, but the property got overpriced as a hotel when is a Guest House, not yet completed in terms of No Wardrobes, Mirror and rubble Access Road.

The kettle in the room was not working

The location is about 2km away from the Ram temple but in a quiet locality. There is a very good vegetarian restaurant within walkable distance from the hotel. There is also a medical shop nearby. Staff are polite and very helpful. The water heater in the room works but the kettle didn't work. But we had no other complaints. Nice place to stay and value for money.

No TV, no butt hose in the toilet, and they didn't have serving plates for the food. They were offering food on paper disposable plates which looked so shabby. No conveyance from the hotel. Not worth spending 3500+ for such a poor hotel. Definitely Over priced

Cleanliness and politeness of the owner and the staff

Very new guesthouse in a convenient and quiet location. The owner, manager and their family were beyond gracious including cooking the most delicious vegan dishes and arranging everything for me including transportation, tours and laundry. I wish I could have stayed longer but I am sure to return
