Somewhere to keep water cold would be lovely and maybe more complimentary water

The Homestay is perfectly situated in a lovely area and not too far for sightseeing. It’s lovely and clean and in the afternoon there’s lots to see … horses ( from Jaipur police force ) just relaxing in a paddock , some monkeys and peacocks The people here are just lovely and very very helpful

I dint like the service provided as my room got cleaned only once and no intercom working and tv channels not reset inspite of many request and dustbin not given. Had to call twice or thrice for drinking water. Owner serves more foreign customer than indian customer.

The room was nothing special, but it fulfilled its purpose.

Friendly staff who made us breakfast to take on the go since we left so early for Agra. Although it was cold outside, the electric heater made it warm and cozy inside the room. Unfortunately didn't spend time at the hotel during daytime to enjoy the yard.

- When we arrived we got a room that did not match the description and photos on booking (no terrace no garden view contrary to what was specified for the room type we chose). We got the right room only from the second day. - When paying at checkout amount was surprisingly high. We asked for a copy of the bill to check it which never came. After a couple hours we asked again and after insisting finally got it only to find out there was indeed 1000 roupies added for no reason, which they reimbursed.

On day one the room was not well prepared. The hair dryer was not working and also the flush was not working. However they fixed the flush and hair dryer later. Food quality is good but with bad combination, example: idly and utthappam without sambhar and coconut chutney.

I liked the surrounding of the building . There was lush green, peacock and variety of flowers. Food was also good.

Everything was great until the young guy (the owner’s nephew ) gave us the bill, and made several “mistakes”: 1. When summing all amount, he made a “mistake” and got 3600 instead of 2600. I initially paid it but then went back and he said ohh my mistake, the hotel is busy and I am just a 19 year old. *When I went back, he had 2 bills: one on his pocket and the other one on the office books 2. They advertised cleaning each piece of clothing for an amount (in the information book from the hotel). It was 240 for us but he presented it as 400. I asked him how come? And he said ohh the company we go to, they do it by weight. I said to him that this is not what it was advertised on the hotel information book and he agreed to correct it 3. He told us that we had to pay taxes (12%) for the food we had in the hotel. Of course, this wasn’t advertised anywhere. And I know this is not for taxes, if not for his pocket. We paid this because we didn’t want to argue more with the guy I believe he is doing this without his uncle knowing as I noticed he had 2 bills. One on his pocket and one that left in the office FYI, he will likely ask you for 2 bills: - the one for the hotel bill (you could pay by card): everything was perfect here - the one for the food we ordered: you could only pay with cash, and here is where he scammed us It was a lovely place but we left with such a bad taste after that

The place was beautiful, classy and in a perfect location. They organized the Tuk Tuk and we had a great day

The place was not very easy to find, and from the outside for a moment we thought it did not exist at all. Also from inside of the gate it does not look much like the pictures posted.. We were not able to pay with credit card. The room as nice overall, but as it was located on the ground floor the only way to have any privacy was to pull the curtains, which made it very very dark. It had a sitting corner that could have been nice if not for the fact that it overlooked a narrow corridor between buildings with some trash pile. Location is interesting.. it's off Station road, which is wide and dirty and messy.. not really much to go around, we once walked to Chandpol Darwaza and the nearby market to grab dinner but it wasn't a pleasant walk. It's nice that it's a short tuk-tuk ride from the main sites but it's not close enough to walk there, and the area is meh. Given that this place was rated 9.5 on booking when we booked it, I expected a much cuter place.

Good sized room for three people (one double bed and a single). Room was clean. Comfortable beds and very quiet. It had working A/C and fan, fridge and kettle. Breakfast was abundant and served on a nice terrace. While I did not love the overall area (Station rd) the street itself was quiet and it was a short tuk-tuk ride to the main places to see in town. We used their laundry service, which was good and reasonably priced. Good value for money overall.

This location is too close to the main bus station of Jaipur and buses come and go all night. While the buses come and go they honk a lot, so you can hear them all night. Apart from this, while booking I tried to ensure that the host understands our requirement of gluten-free breakfast, to which they replied that they do serve gluten-free breakfast. But on arrival we found out that the chef did not have any clue about what gluten is. Once I explained it to him, he served us with decent idli and poha, we were still a little scared as some things could've been cross-contaminated. On 3rd day, he tried to serve us sooji (semolina) and claimed that it was made of rice. He said he didn't buy special rice semolina, but claimed that semolina is always made of rice. We decided to not eat that. So, we would not recommend this place to anyone who cannot sleep with almost constant honking or might have any allergies.

Even though I had informed them of my late arrival there was no dinner available at 10-15 pm. For a 3000 plus tariff a tea/coffee maker is the least you expect in the room.

The location is very good. In the morning one gets to see various species of birds in the vicinity. The owners are decent.

The street is quiet but at night somewhat uncomfortable to walk. Going out for dinner proved to be a challenge for us (due to amounts of people at the near by bus station and attention from locals)

The property is located on a quiet street and hence is perfect to take rest after overwhelmingly busy Jaipur. The host was most welcoming and helpful. Our room had everything we needed. Generally, we found everything at the hotel to meet our expectations
