The location is great. Just off the beach front and not actually on it (so quiet at night) and 5 mins walk to the main street. The woman on reception was lovely and helpful.

This was our first time to Palolem so not sure where to stay. We did our homework and booked the Rockit Café & Stay. We were so pleased we did as the hut and facilities were great, better than anything else we saw whilst we were there. The gardens were lovely and peaceful and so close to the beach (50m). All huts were nicely spaced in the gardens, much better than other properties we saw. We will definitely be staying here again and would recommend to anyone else. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast offered a huge choice. We asked them to arrange our transfer from the airport and so glad we did, as I would think it could be a little difficult to find if you use an airport taxi and arriving at night.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Fantastic quite location, but only 1 min from the beach. Great wildlife around including lots of monkeys, king fishers, bee hunters, to name a few. Sunsets are amazing, and this will always be a special place for us now.

We arrived unwell, different reasons, the staff bent over backwards to help us and made us feel very welcome in this little oasis. The breakfast being included in the price is a fantastic bonus. We will definitely be recommending this place and will be back!

The cleaning was not nice, specially not in the bathroom. The sheets in the bed was very old and tired. Breakfast was ok, but the place did not feel like described.

The WiFi was not working at all, only works at the reception. We had cockroaches in our bathrooms (both at the villa) and found one in the bed. Wouldn’t use the laundry service - some colours washed out.

The location of the property was amazing! Very calm and isolated from the sounds from the beach but still a minute walk and you’re in the sea. The whole property is well maintained and the houses itself seem newly built/renovated

Room was not nice, smelt of mothballs and sewage. Bed sheets were like cardboard and stained. Sheet didn't even cover entire bed. Room felt dirty and dingy.

The property is wonderful, there is little to nothing that you won’t like about this property! Sheesha ( Hukkah ) served needs to be upgraded.

The location, sanitation and distance from the beach is what I liked the most about the property! The restaurant food was amazing especially the breakfast served!

Be careful, we left after 2 days as they tried to take 13 days from our card for 11 nights stay, as we checked in early and not told about the extra fee, just happy we left and booked the same standard on the beech for half the cost, don’t pay theses rates it’s silly, I’m sure you will all make the same decision after arriving

Location is good, set away from Beach, but don’t book this place if you feel is better standard than beech shacks that are half the price, we made that mistake !
