The room was clean and very large and right on the beach, with a great balcony for sitting and ocean view. Also the best workspace table I’ve had while traveling in India. The grounds are very interesting - many flowers, including orchids set on palm tree trunks. Lots of bird life and a great breakfast spread rounded out my pleasant stay.

Access from the main road is via a really narrow lane - kind of a driving test. Suggestion - The one big room could be subdivided a little using partitions for more effective usage when there are multiple adults sharing the room.

Good location - with a sea view. Reasonably close to most Kochi attractions. The host personally attended to us along with his spouse. Room was big and airy and comfortable. Food provided was timely and good.

Being budget-friendly, most visitors are large groups and may not be suitable for families if a big gang books in the nearby rooms. Also, the front Veranda is common for all rooms. We can expect a Privacy.

the location is bit far from the city. However it's in the Kumbalangi hub where u can access both Backwater and Beach in short access. We visited in Off- Season and hence we were the only Occupants in the property and enjoyed a lot. The host is very supportive and made small requests for food for our toddlers.

Nestling in an idyllic spot next to the sea about 8 km south of Fort Kochi, this quiet and unfussy guest house is a great place to get away from it all. Two big rooms and one small one open onto a collective veranda which overlooks the garden and offers a view of the ocean beyond the sea wall. Breakfasts were fabulous - authentic South Indian home cooking at its absolute best. Our hosts were kind and helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay :)

Directions and road to the homestay was very narrow. No clear signboards at main road to indicate turn in point. Also the bills for stay was not printed and did not have break downs.
