I purchased my trip from bookin.com. I even showed payslip. Admin charged me again for my nights in there. He said i can get back money next day. But next day during check-out theres was another admin who tried to explain that people cant pay for nights through booking🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. Im not sure that guest should explain how booking.com dors work. So i leaved that like this. All was good except double charge for night

Furniture in the bar are not clean. Very bad smell in the bar. Unable to enjoy the food / spend more time.

Nothing such do dislike, but we expected that we could have provided a garden side area for family party celebration.

Excellent stay, along with which we also enjoyed the games which didn't let us bore. Swimming pool was clean and maintained. Would suggest surely for group stay.

There were other guests who continously troubled during the stay. They made a lot of noise as a group till 2am. Were banging and ringing the bell multiple times of the room and disturbing till 2.30 am and early morning 6am too. The hotel needs to maintain privacy of the other guests even if there is a big group staying to avoid hassels.

Not professionally maintained. Neatness is missing and bed linen is not good with lot of pilling. Balcony window is open that Ac cooling was not good. Some party was going on and could able to hear that orchestra sound as well.

Food was ok. I ordered for Chicken Chest and they delivered Tigh.

In house restaurant closes at 10:30 and outside food is not allowed. We reached to hotel at almost closing time due to delayed flight and had to rush to eat. May be good if they allow outside food when restaurant is closed. This is just a suggestion, apart from that every thing else is very good.

Very near to airport and all amenities are very good. Rooms are clean, friendly staff, good restaurant. My kid loved all the animals in the garden.

Hot water didn’t work Room very dusty . We were sneezing daily Towels were old and looked dirty AC had poor control. Staff didn’t allow a family member to help with taking stuff to the room for even 5 minutes. Not family friendly.

Actually we went at 11Pm at night but the check out time is at 11am ... Actually i thought it was 24 hours but unfortunately it's 12 hours only but it's ok that it is not a management mistake.

I went with my girlfriend it's a very nice place and really cool. My girlfriend likes this resort very much... Romantic place too...

The location is near the Airport, that's why I decided to stay there, but access in and out of the hotel was terrible. I couldn't get an Uber nor a taxi easily and the hotel staff could not include payment for the taxi they could get in to pick me up. The taxi didn't accept credit card and I was short on cash. The breakfast was poor for the price of the hotel, the room was ok, but noisy and outdated. Don't recommend this hotel!

Everything: quality of sheets, quality of towels, not cleaning on time, no extra toilet paper rol. Had to ask for codes twice for the internet. No shuttle to the airport, and poor English at desk

I booked the hotel thinking I was close to the airport and there was a shuttle. In fact it was far from the city AND far from the airport and there was no shuttle, had to book a taxi after insisting I had no Indian phone or Uber app. The room had TEPID water, the sheets and towels were old and there was NO information given on anything (this was meant to be a 4 star hotel). People hardly spoke English at the desk.
