The only thing, the kitchen staff was unavailable, but that's understandable. Since they have a kitchen they must have staff as well, which I'm sure they have worked on already.

I made a booking at the last moment, the property was easy to reach, the staff good and commited for the comfort of guests. The room exceeded my expectations, it was clean, big and spacious, clean shower and they provided the basic room amenities. I also got a window room at my request, overall it's a fine value for money stay.

Once we had checkin rooms bed smells, smoke smells coming in the rooms. Bedsheets are not good conditions asked to the hotel staff please remove immediate basis.

Room was good but cartans not availabe front window. Cleaness not up to the mark. Toileteris not availbale in the washrooms.

It was not clean. 1st room was having problems with cigarette burrs and smelling pillows. While the second room was having broken tv remote you can’t change the channel. Air conditioning not working. And cockroaches.. this was really awful. I don’t clicked any pic of the experience.
