The hotel room was amazing, the stay was comfortable, the food was tasty too. But the view outside the room is cherry on top. You'll feel so connected to nature. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Faisal is very friendly and he gave me a good treatment whilst my stay at the hotel. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who goes to Ooty.

Break fast we expected a lot options like Idly, vada, pongal with tasty coconut chutney, Food was little expensive . It's ok, we still enjoyed the place.

The place was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking view. The chilled weather was the cherry on top, making our experience even more memorable. We would definitely love to visit again! The service was outstanding. Our room was located on a lower level, and every time we requested anything, the staff never hesitated to climb up and down, despite it being a challenging and tiring task. Their dedication and cooperation truly enhanced our stay.

The bathroom drains were a little smelly after taking a shower (a very minor thing at these prices). Easily solved by keeping the bathroom door closed.

Without doubt the most impressive customer service we have experienced so far while travelling in India. This property is excellent value for money not just because of the reasonable prices and beautiful views, the staff are really switched on, quick to respond, kind and super helpful. From the point of booking our room through to check out, the staff made an already very pleasant stay absolutely wonderful. This place is a new build so everything works well. We have stayed in a three different hotels in and around Ooty and this one was our favourite - a super peaceful place to relax and only a short Tuk-Tuk ride into Ooty if you want to see the sights. Also much better value for money than central Ooty. If like us you love a good night’s sleep more than the sound of car horns then this is definitely the place for you.

If you have a car I would think parking is hard. I went on a bike. The geyser runs out of hot water fast which is a pain but manageable.

Even after booking and blocking for 3 nights we were forced to stay in another property/room which was very stinky and not at all comfortable for one night. That one night was my horrible stay ever in my life. The owner is blaming booking.com for the confusion. But I couldn't believe it. The property owner never compromises and doesn't consider what the customers speak. We are disappointed in that alone. Before booking the stay, I also read a similar review where that customer highlighted the similar issue. They were denied room even though they had booked. The same happened for us for one night.

The room was neat and clean with all the basic facilities. The view was good and their restaurant is good and reasonably priced. The complimentary breakfast was feeling like home food.

Very simple and compact room, perfect for 2 pax, clear communication from Faizal which is the key for part of this success trip. Faizal is the owner of the property, he had made all the arrangements based on my request. Myself and my mom had good experience, for sure will recommend to my friends. The view upfront of the room is very refreshing as you can see the green side of the Ooty at glance.

Response of the property staff, no id was taken which is against law, no water provided as complimentary and food quality was pathetic. I got delayed for almost 2.5 hours just waiting for the breakfast to arrive and when that arrived was not asked and given by their choice. Very unhealthy poories and the gravy served was just not liked and I left as it is.
