Being driven into a derelict concrete underground garage to park and unload. We thought it was all a set up; after 11 hours flying it was terrifying. There was only a duvet but in 30 degrees heat it was unbearable so we just took the not very desirable duvet out of its cover and used that as a sheet.

They were helpful in sending a cab to the airport to collect us (at cost).

Staff was not co-operative at all. They waked me in middle of the night and told me to shift to another hotel. Very bad staff as police was coming for some routine inspection and they want this room.

Located inside a narrow street, the hotel uses old and torn bed sheets and pillow covers, has a musty smell in the room, the health faucet is leaking, and breakfast, included in the hotel bill, is a joke with very limited options.

It’s located close to the airport, but not as close as being claimed on Booking.com.

The hotel is not 4 stars, it doesn't even deserve one star, the lack of hygiene is extreme, dirty and stained sheets, there was hair inside the bed, in the sink and in the shower. There were used and worn slippers for guests to use, this is ridiculous. Any minimal noise is heard inside the room. If they want to apply such cheap prices, be sincere on the site and put realistic photos.

There was a smell, probably all small hotels smell (not judging).

The staff in the check-in was trying to charge me more than what I have committed to on Booking.com. Thanks to my intelligent self, I could correct him and paid what I have booked for.

Property is not maintained. -sheets in the room were dirty -electric kettle and cups were dirty -open/partially used sugar packets found -food was average and overpriced -bed, tables in the room had very sharp corners and edges. Not at all suitable for kids. I myself got a sharp cut on my leg from the bed corner

Coming from the Airport to the Hotel can cost a bit. Even if it is only 5 Kms away.

The Hotel is brand new. And it is clean so far. The room cost was not so high. It was a nice value for money experience.

I extended my stay they asked for cash to pay them but in the evening they told me that it was just for evening 6 hrs and you have to leave in 2 hours . But when i checked online the kicked me out because online price was double the amount of what i paid that's why the are asking me to leave it was very bad experience for me

I had a wonderful experience at the (Hotel Decent Suites l, New Delhi). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. I was in a professional trip for a conference to Delhi, Dropping at the Delhi airport I had nowhere to go so I started searching for a hotel nearby. Needless to say this has been one of the best experience to stay in the finest hotel near the airport. It made perfect sense to see how good it was to stay in a hotel that offers sophisticated staying experience. Not just the staff was gracious and courteous but the overall the whole experience was a perfect one. I stayed here for three days and for the whole stay I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend if anyone stays here he or she would not be disappointed. Value for money and strategic location makes it a preferred destination.
