United KingdomThe hotel is 2.5 to 3 star only. It was just fit for the purpose we went. They could do a lot better by having new pillows as they were run down. Better mattress protectors. The toilets in the breakfast area was badly kept and not clean at all. No where to dry your hands. The rating of the hotel is very exaggerated and anyone travelling internationally should not be fooled. As mentioned before - it was fit for the purpose I went for.
The location was convenient as I wanted to visit the Sai Temple. Drop off was 5 mins away. It was clean enough for an overnight stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful and polite.

IndiaBathrooms are a little old and not so great. They weren’t able to cook a simple khichdi for baby, it was always the same khichdi that was prepared for everyone else(had requested no spice mushy khichdi) and surprisingly even charged for it whereas other hotels normally don’t charge for baby food.
Close to temple, they also have free shuttle service to temple and they also arrange cab to other sightseeing spots close by. There’s in an in-house restaurant incase you don’t want to go out to eat after a tiring pilgrimage day.

United KingdomFood was awful Don't bother ordering anything other than North Indian food on the menu because they don't know how to cook anything else. The pasta was a congealed spicy lump- pasta is not supposed to be spicy yet, the South Indian spicy food was made sweet and not to the correct spice mix. The breakfast was not appealing at all.

IndiaThere is no zym. Only 3 water bottles each 1litre capacity are given as complementary, instead of unlimited. The hotel is charging rs 7000/- per day for triple occupancy, which is almost same rate as 4 star hotels in major cities like Hyderabad, which are providing not only Zym, unlimited water bottles , also some are providing swimming pool too.
Room size, neatness, staff behaviour all good. Dropping to and pickup from saibaba temple for all the guests is an attraction, as it saved our time and helped us in planning and having the darsan of shirdi sai temple conveniently and comfortably.

United Arab EmiratesRooms facing roadside were noisy due to traffic movement, they could have provided double glazed glass windows at least for those rooms. There was no night lamp provision, making the room pitch dark when lights were switched off, which will be inconvenient, because we were not used to the rooms, as a visitor, hence in case of waking up in the night, we will be stumbling upon something.
