IndiaThe property provided two mattresses instead of the two sofa beds listed in the description. When I questioned the mismatch, the owner rudely responded, saying to contact Booking.com to update their site. The customer service was very disappointing and unprofessional.
I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The location was close to bogwe beach, with beautiful view. The staff were incredibly friendly. The food was amazing!

It's a low key resort but has good friendly service. It's in a beautiful location, just behind the beach and in its own established garden. Bhogwe is backwater but was perfect for us to relax and unwind for a few days.

IndiaWe had taken 2 rooms in the RCC building for 2 nights. The resort also has wooden houses, but we didn't take them. The RCC building rooms were leaking from the ceiling. The AC was not working properly, and the AC would not work, when geyser was switched on, and vice versa. After repeated complaints about the same to Mr.Gajanan Samant, who was the owner of the RCC rooms, the same wasn't tended on thr next day after 1pm, as there was no Ione to fixthe problem. Mr.Samant was quite adamant in accepting that there were issues. The bed linen had lot of stains, and had to be changed.

IndiaPoor service, bad facilities, poor cleanliness, below average food. The room that was handed over to us had died insects in it making us wonder whether it was cleaned at all. Floor mats are never washed, asking to provide washed floor mats only resulted in getting mats from ither rooms. That too after asking for 3 times more. Food was very oily with very limited options. Blankets were uncleaned and with hairs from previous guests which mean that those were also not washed. Service was pretty slow. Ask for it and wait for an hour to get it. Our TV was not installed, then on asking they struggled for hour to get one installed. That TV never worked with satellite box and we were left with youtube running on it. Which would have been fine but the wifi was so poor than video stucks every 10 mins.. Since there is no cellular network, you would rely on wifi. Also, there is no way to commute unless you got your own vehicle. So you would expect facilities to be better than this when you are traveling with family. Attaching some pics of bathroom, fan, mats which shows the cleaning of the hotel (these photos are after check-in)
