No mop, messy bathroom. Window viewable from outside No tea/coffee satchets, had to request everytime. Dining hall is very dingy and cramped, especially because of additional decor.

Memorable stay at sarang palace. Beautiful family hotel in jaipur.. Location is great. Staff is very cooperative. They guided us with our entire sightseeing. Roons are designed superb with modern architecture and comfort. Neat and celan bathrooms with proper shower area. Food in their restaurant is very good. Breakfast in the morning was very good with lot of variety. Lobby is very beautiful. We will come back again

Our stay was very comfortable. Hotel is very good and Conviniently located at prime location. We booked car for sightseeing from hotel. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The hotel doesn't have basic facilities like a charging socket in room and jet spray in the toilet which is a basic need nowadays. Bed and washroom is too small for two people. The rooms were not clean, the washrooms were dirty. The staffs are rude. Not recommended at all. Please visit the hotel at your own risk.

They haven't posted washroom pics of Economy rooms. Had they posted the pics, I would not have booked the rooms. Also the pics of the bedroom is vastly different from the original one. Mattresses were filthy. When I complained at the reception, they were ignorant. This is only the tip of the iceberg. We were served Bisleri mineral water bottles at Rs 50/- per bottle against MRP of Rs 20/- In breakfast, they served Nutrilite butter. Cheap. Quality and taste of the food was bad. I was charged about 9,400/- for two rooms for a day but they couldn't offer us a mineral water bottle. Beware of such crooks

Had wonderful stay at sarang palace. We stayed in premier room and room was extremely beautiful and comfortable. Excellent bathroom. Room is equipped with all the possible amenities . Staff of the hotel is just next level. They ensure customer experience and satisfaction. Buffett breakfast was lavish and had all varities with very good taste. Location is very central. They have beautiful rooftop where we had romantic dinner.

We are very happy that we choose Hotel Sarang palace for our stay in Jaipur. Of the hotel is extremely cooperating and professional. We reached early in the morning and the manager was very humble to provide us the room at very reasonable charges. It saved our day and made up our experience better. Breakfast in the morning had lot of variety and the food taste was amazing. We booked lavender theme neo modern room and the room came to our surprise. It was such a beautiful room with refreshing colors and beautiful bathroom. Painting were also on lavender theme. Very tastefully made room, I must compliment the owner of the hotel for their taste. Location of the hotel is central. We Booked ayurveda masaage also for us from hotel and it was lovely . They have beautiful rooftop where we had candlelight dinner

Incredible hotel to stay in Jaipur with family. We have wonderful memories of the Jaipur trip. Jaipur is very beautiful with lot of sight seeing and shopping. Sarang Palace is very beautiful hotel in the City Centre. We higher the taxi for the sightseeing from the hotel and driver was very good. We also book The Ayurveda massage from the hotel and it was excellent. We stay in the deluxe room and the room was very beautifully designed with good neat and clean washroom. Food in the hotel is very good. Last but not the least staff of the hotel is very polite and professional and his ready to do anything to make your stay memorable.

It's a bit overpriced for what you get. The photos are not very recent and everything has aged quite a bit since they were taken. On check out they ask if everything was okay and if you are polite and say yes it was okay they want to have your phone and give themselves a 100% rating and write the review on your behalf.

It's quite a central location so you can easily reach many places by Tuctuc or taxi.

There's nothing to not like!

Everything was exceptionally good. The hotel is exactly how it appears on the website and pictures. The staff was so courteous and helpful, kudos to the entire team. Rooms were clean, aesthetically beautiful, washrooms had hot water and tidy. The location was excellent, basic amenities stores were nearby. Food served was very good. They also have good options for a romantic candle light dinner arrangements at the property itself with various options price wise and decor wise. Would definitely be visiting again in the future.

Loved everything about sarang palace. It is a beautiful hotel to stay when travelling to Jaipur. Convinent location, impressive exterior and interior. Our room was very well designed and experience was remarkable. Lavish bathroom and rooms with every facilities and amenities. Wifi was fast. Very good lift and lovely rooftop. Staff is very good. Very prompt and professional. Food quality is amazing, one should try their pizza and malai kofta.

The only down side is that during check out I was in hurry to catch my cab, that was waiting outside, and go to the airport but they wouldn't let me leave until I would give them a good review on booking.com. I said I would do it later because I was in a hurry, but they wouldnt take no as an answer. They held me there for 20min, saying they still needed to check my room (which was a lie, they were just upset I wouldnt give the review), until I decided to just take my things and leave. Its OK to ask for a good review (and I think they deserved it) but it's not OK to force people to do so.

The staff was very friendly and they were ready to do anything to make my stay pleasant. I liked the decoration in the room and it was very comfortable.

There’s nothing to like about this property as it’s all look and feel artificial from outside. It has poor facilities and arrogant staff. They charge you for the water bottle, and no other amenities. The roof top has no views and it’s usually booked for third party weddings. Please do not stay here.

Our stay at sarang Palace was very comfortable. Location of the hotel is very convenient and central. We arrive little early in the morning but when she was helpful to give us the early check-in at reasonable prices. We had a very comfortable stay at Sarang Palace, hotel is situated in the prime location of Jaipur. We reached all the sites in places and shopping places very easily from their Hotel. Rooms of the hotel are extremely beautiful and have great architecture. It has a very unique theme which we liked a lot.. bathrooms are very beautiful and elegantly designed. There is a lot of sunlight in the room. All the facilities and amenities which one can think of was there in the room. Staff of the hotel is very good and they always keep asking us about our stay and comfort. We had wonderful stay at Sarang palace. It is a good family hotel in the city centre of Jaipur. location of the hotel is very good. Nearly all the major monuments are very nearby. They have a good parking Space. Management of the hotel is very good and the staff is very professional and helpful. They have recently renovated their hotel and I must say that it is one of the most beautiful hotel with beautiful interior and exterior rooms are very well designed along with the bathrooms with all the Modern facilities and amenities. Breakfast in the morning was very good. It had a lot of items. we booked the Ayurveda massage from the hotel and it was wonderful. We will come back again to stay in Jaipur at Sara Palace only.
