We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The property is near railway station and has a all the basic necessity shops close by. The rooms are spacious and met my requirement of a family room. Staff was helpful.

IndiaEven though I mentioned in my booking I will be there early between 6 Am to 7 Am they charged me extra 500 for early check in. The total amount I paid to the hotel was more than 3000 and still they gave me the unhygienic room like some workers stay there at night. The room was full of bad smell, no ventilation, and mosquitos. I suggest rather booking a room online, go there and book. In 700-800 rs they will give a better room if any case they have. Worst experience.

I stayed in this hotel from 7.30pm on 8th November to 9.30am on 9th November under your Reservation reference no. 3531252073 This hotel was my worst experience in life No glass to drink water, no water from shower, no set top box at the time of check in, no window in the room, no room service, very unsafe plugs to connect with gadgets like mobile or laptop and no wifi , no cupboard or even hangers for arranging cloths I will never use booking.com again
