The room was a good for 2 but a tight fit for 3.

The staff were very helpful and overall the stay was pleasant. The breakfast buffet had an excellent spread and the dinner buffet was great as well.

You can book taxi from a counter near reception, but lady serving was not interested in serving customers as she was busy browsing on her phone. coridor is bit outdated.

Paid 1500rs a day extra for balcony room but balcony was useless because no table or chair was. Supplied . Asked about it in reception but they smiled!😞😞😞

Reshabh the waiter at the terrace restaurant was excellent He was attentive, helpful and very pleasant The restaurant manager also let us hold a mini get together with friends on the terrace just because we were staying at the hotel. They did not charge us for that.

- Pool was not usable due to pigeon litter - water was really really dirty (really disgusting), pool was one the reasons we booked this hotel - no towels in the gym (missing hygiene standards) - payment right at check in - missing maintenance (everything looks a bit run down though the facilities are good and there is enough staff - sign of management deficiencies) - some staff was really great (cleaning lady who cleaned the rooms) some were not really welcoming - the fellow guests from Gujarat (worst state in India in my mind): not friendly whatsoever - people just ask where u are from and look at you like trash if you are white. Not the usual Indian great welcoming attitude. I will never come again!

Service during breakfast is slow & poor. Possibility due to insufficient number of staff . Hotel does not have Business Centre .Reception staff obliged with printouts required by me - fine, but is this OK for a 5-star hotel ?

The quality of the coffee could have been better! Sorry, but I like my coffee. The lift I found confusing (or I wasn't being very attentive) as reception was on 1 and not on G.

Lovely room. Large, comfortable and perfect for my stay. The shower was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent, a truly marvelous display of things on offer. I particularly loved the sugar cane juice. Overall a wonderful experience.

There are a few observations that the hotel could do better in. 1. The breakfast - there was little attention paid by the staff to guests at breakfast. it took a lot of time for tea to be served and the food was mediocre. The cutlery and plates were in some cases not clean and the plates cracked. Given this hotel hosts the Indian Cricket team I would expect the attention to detail to be on point. The bins in the rooms and bathrooms looked very old and the pedal function did not work. This is not a major criticism but if you are paying for a high end hotel it's the details that matter. We also had to pay for the transport to and from the airport, this could be given as a courtesy.

This hotel was in a great location about 1 hour from the airport and away from the hustle and bustle of Rajkot. The room was a spacious size with space for a single bed if here were three people staying. The bathroom was also very spacious with a good functioning shower. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was prompt and helpful. The spa is lovely with a good range of massages available as well as a pool.

The breakfast staff were not attentive (tea never arrived after even 15 minutes) and the front reception experience was a bit hit-and-miss. I had to wait to check out while a manager finished his breakfast. Make some changes here and you have a good hotel option here for Rajkot. It is about 100-150 rupee ride away from Rajkot city proper and rickshaws can be limited off the main road. Better to stay in the city proper if you have work in that area.
