Everything was perfect. Keep it up- Sayaji Vadodara. I stayed in nearly a dozen hotels during my recent long visit to India and must say that your hotel was one of the top.

Superb hotel. Very clean, modern and spacious rooms. Extremely good value for money . Great staff- very efficient. Have a policy of no tipping. Hope the company pays them well though. Extensive choice for breakfast and dinner food. The restaurant waiting staff and the chefs doing the live stations need special commendation. The restaurant was busy both during breakfast and dinner and the staff stayed calm and smiley. Well done. Keep it up.

The only thing was because it is near a river there were mosquitos, which is unavoidable, but the hotel did good to manage the problem.

The hotel was very clean. Employees are very well mannered. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern . The breakfast and dinner is very delicious and there is a variety of food available,so no need to go out and eat. One exceptional staff member (Kajol) looked after us very well. Also the manager helped us as well. Would recommend and would go back.

I was charged twice for the breakfast, which they were supposed to fix and send me the credit. After three weeks, I still haven’t received the full credit….! Poor accounting practices…!

Food is good, But Short of Staff. Its extremely difficult to communicate. Right from the time of booking, stay and also difficult to communicate. It appears there is no coordination among staff. Person from Room keeps calling but they do not respond and if at all responded action takes lot of time or NO ACTION. People find it difficult having got in to Hotel how to come out of it. No care for ladies inmates. They certainly need extra care. Leave the extra care but no care at all. I suggest owner of the Hotel should look in to it. I do not think to recommend this place to others.

As we are vegetarian so the only thing which we did not like was buffet served with non veg tooo.

We had good moments during our stay. The staff is very co operative, polite & helpful. Morning breakfast was awesome. My daughter loved this hotel more than us. The lawn, ambience is very pleasing. Room, cleanliness & food everything was remarkable. It really reduces our stress level. It was awesome. Dinner area near swimming pool was also very nice. In short overall experience in this hotel was amazing & memorable. Thank you for treating customer so well. It's value for money.

The behaviour of Staf was not good. I order for in room dining and tell the staff to attech the food bill with my staying bill , I will settler it tomorrow at the time of check out. but he comes more to my room more than 3 time for pay the payment . I mean it’s a five star property and such kind of behaviour was not good it’s so cheep
