After 5 months traveling in India I can say, the Sealand is my favorite place in this country. The room, the restaurant and the beach are outstanding clean. The staff, especially, Dushar made my stay exceptionally comfortable and in addition very affordable as well. The boss tought his staff very well about things, foreigners appreciate, for example: the tables in the restaurant are stable standing and always cleaned immediately after a guest left for the next one, and not just wiped with lots of stripes left, no- really clean! Little details like small basins with clean water in front of each bungalow to clean your feet from sand, clean, good smelling towels in matching colors….it’s just nice to see them caring for details. And then the kitchen: homemade bread toasted to perfection with the right amount of butter, jam, honey or Nutella- after your wish, or a huge bowl with fresh fruit salad and many more to choose. All continental dishes like Schnitzel, sandwiches or spaghetti -pesto for example contains the correct, fresh ingredients, like basil and pine nuts - or seafood with an incredible amount of shrimps and squid in a perfect tomato sauce! All Indian dishes as well - amazing! We are still in India, don’t expect perfection! But the Sealand is the closest I found, and that directly at one of the nicest beaches in hole India.

If you're seeking beach huts in Goa, this is an excellent choice. Conveniently close to other beach spots yet peacefully secluded, it offers a serene escape from the noise. The huts are clean, charmingly rustic, and almost right on the beach. The team, led by the kind and attentive Tushar, is brilliant, providing exceptional service that makes you feel at home instantly. The on-site kitchen serves delicious food ,various coffee, attracting visitors from nearby.

Construction noise still going on below the room during the day as it was early in the holiday season they were still building the bar/restaurant. Would have been nice to have been notified about this before booking/arriving.

Gorgeous view of the sea! Lovely clean room with plenty of space and a great balcony to sit and enjoy the beach. Staff were very helpful and the room was exactly what we were looking for from this location!

None of the rooms are beachfront. The rooms have some space, but not really designed for comfortable work. The villas face each other very closely.

The rooms have a seating area, there's a good restaurant with awesome food, many other restaurants nearby, 30 seconds walk to the beach. The staff are very good. The price is good.

Everything! loved that it was on the beach. Staff were great in particular: Vijay, Yogi and Tushar - all amazing. Felt so safe and protected. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Food was great and couldnt fault it!

We initially booked at Sealand for three nights to keep our options open and give us time to have a look around. Once we’d done that and experienced the hospitality of Jairam, Tushar, Dipak and all the other staff we extended for a further four nights! Tushar welcomed us upon arrival, gave us multiple room options and created an immediate feeling of comfort. He greeted us in the mornings and took a genuine interest in our well being. For seven days Dipak looked after our food, our drinks, all of our queries on things local and smiled and joked through it all! Jairam, the owner, cooked all our meals and they were fantastic. This place has a real family feel and relaxed ambience. If we’re ever in Goa again this is where you’ll find us, highly recommend!!!

There was absolutely nothing that I didn't love.

The hut was perfect: the bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean, the front porch was great, and the hut was a 30 second walk from the most beautiful beach. The staff were all super nice as well, and there was a really well-stocked convenience shop very close by. We will definitely be returning!

Sealand is located right on the beach with location can be found comfortably. I initially planned to stay for just 4 days but ended up staying for close to 10 days, which says itself that the place is very comfortable. Right from the time I was contacted by the Host/Manager Tushar, till my check out, my experience has been great. Stay: Clean, Well Maintained, Hygienic, Comfortable and indeed beautiful. Staff: Very friendly and professional Management: Kudos to Tushar for being such an amazing Manager of the place. He is polite, helpful and professional Food: One of the best places to eat, I have mostly had my all the meals there only Overall a 10/10 experience, must stay there if you looking for a comfortable experience by Patnem beach.

The property is clean and well maintained huts. Air condition works well and they have inhouse restaurant/beach shack which serves some good quality food at very reasonable price. If you wish to go for a peaceful vacation may it be with family or solo this place is best for staying. Having direct access to the beach gives you the feeling of private beach which has lesser crowd.

I think the food wasn't the way as I expected, the property lacks food presentation too, probably it being an off-season the food wasn't upto the mark. You won't see the kitchen always running in off-season in Patnem. Most of the restaurants at the Patnem beach didn't have operational tandoors or if they had it was only for a specific time. I am allergic to sea food so didn't have much of variety for myself. One can visit German bakery, which is in the vicinity , they serve some good food or else one can go to Palolem, you'll find many options there for the food. All the location/distances are 5-10 minutes away on 2 wheelers. My sense of taste could vary from others, I am just sharing my experience. Most important, alcohol and the food pricing at the restaurant was Nominal unlike Palolem.

My stay was exceptional. I have been to North Goa number of times but this time I wanted a quiet stay, hence I chose South Goa. Host and the Manager Tushar was a gem handling the property. He took care of all my needs and at the same time gave all the personal space without any unwanted questions like some managers do. The location of the property was something I wasn't expecting. If you're going to Goa for some crazy party then this place isn't for you, but if you're looking for some 'me' time and some peaceful escape, I would suggest this place. Near to this property is Palolem beach which throws some North Goa vibes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone who just wants to enjoy chilled beers at the beach with a book or a movie or just swimming at the beach. Special mention to the staff of the property and the Owner Mr.Jairam who were equally hospitable. *** If budget allows, choose the room with the balcony on the 1st floor(specially for couples) ***

A cozy getaway from the hustle of citylife , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sealand. The place was neat and great hospitality by Tushar and the team. The perfect meaning of a beach vacation... The location of the stay being at Patnem beach was chery on top much better than the other crowded beach options. Will definitely be our go-to place when in Goa.

I had a lovely stay here. The location is right on Patnem beach. Its nice to sit in the restaurant and look out over the beach. I stayed in a large bungalow at yhe back of the property. Was big room with large bed. Lots of room to store your bags. The manager Tushar was fantastic and the restaurant staff Deepak and arvind were great.. its also great value for money.
