We liked everything!

Incredibly clean and spacious rooms with very attentive staff. The pools were well maintained, poolside bar is a great touch as well. Excellent breakfast buffet choices, delicious food all round with the lunch and dinner options in the restaurant. Fantastic location being only a short walk from the beach. They also left a complimentary chocolate cake in the room which was one of the best we’ve eaten!

The whole stay was a fabulous experience. Family run, where members of the family personally take time to talk to their guests. The owners look after their staff and this is reflected in the exemplary service provided. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It felt like home and was very comfortable and clean. We had so much fun there and look forward to visiting again.

This is in a great location for central Candolim. Large comfortable rooms , good breakfast selection and decent pool areas. Only 5 minute walk to the beach. Staff all extremely helpful.

Everything was amazing. The staff were very warm and helpful. We loved meeting the owner and his son during breakfast- that added touch made it feel like we were staying with old friends. The property itself is beautiful with 3 pools and the poolside cafe. The food at breakfast and at the cafe was also delicious!

Wonderful property with 3 amazing pools and comfy sunbeds (you can always find one, no need to run and reserve early in the morning). Breakfast is amazing with very attentive staff and the owner who always comes to greet and chat with the guests. I truely enjoyed my stay and had a good rest.

The hotel staff were excellent and so welcoming . They really made our stay a positive experience . The owner is very “hands on” and endeavours to speak with all guests at breakfast to make sure that they are enjoying their stay . We had a junior suite with balcony within the hotel . The room was beautifully clean and extremely spacious . We loved the Sky Bar on the roof of the building - a lovely place to watch the beautiful sunsets over Candolim and to have a meal .

We loved the hotel, we booked one of the villas and it was exquisite, we loved the attentiveness of ALL the hotel staff and the hotel was always kept in pristine condition.

This hotel is very central with the beach, shops and bars near by. The owners are on hand in the mornings and the staff are excellent. With regards to the rooms they are large and clean with a great shower. The facilities around the three swimming pools are very good and the gardeners work hard to keep the outside areas looking good. Nothing seems too much trouble.

We stayed five nights and absolutely loved the hospitality! Every single staff member was very helpful and considerate. Rooms were extremely clean and equipped with every single thing you'd need! The owners made the whole experience very personalized with little gestures like leaving a surprise cake and giving greeting during checkout. We would definitely visit again and recommend this resort to everyone!!

The was absolutely nothing we could fault about this hotel.

Fantastic hotel. Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife in mid January 2025. We have stayed in lots of other places in Goa and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. On arrival we were met by friendly helpful staff on reception; check-in was effortless. Our room on the 4th floor was larger than we expected, spotlessly clean, well furnished (huge comfortable bed, sofa, desk, large fridge) and had a balcony overlooking 2 of the hotel's pools and provided a side sea view. The bathroom was equally well equipped with a great shower. Lots of free drinking water provided on a daily basis and we were provided with a complimentary cake left in our fridge at the end of our first day. Breakfast was exceptional with a full range of cooked to order food available (egs, bacon, dosas etc) and a very good buffet serving Indian and European food - the best hotel breakfast we have had in Goa. Again, the staff in the restaurant are excellent and you will get a personal hello from the hotel manager/chef/hotel owner at every visit to the restaurant. There are 3 spotless pools, in well manicured gardens, each with their own sun-beds and the main pool has a pool-side bar. We also visited the rooftop bar/restaurant on an evening. It's primarily a rooftop restaurant but we only had drinks and there was no problem with this. The rooftop is a very pleasant place to while away an evening hour or two overlooking Candolim. It was wife's birthday whilst we stayed and the hotel presented her with a personalised birthday cake and a round of 'Happy Birthday' from literally all the restaurant staff - a very nice touch. This is the only place I would now stay when in Candolim.

Three of us, myself, my wife and our college son.have been traveling in southern India for 9 days before we reached Goa. The facility, staff, and service have exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious and they added one extra bed for our son. The hotel is very close to Candolim beach. It's not as busy or crazy as the famous Baga beach. However, we went to Baga beach for a restaurant with live music. The people at Seashell arranged a taxi for us. The price was very reasonable and it was not far away.

Lack of sunbeds around the pools was an issue sometimes and service could be a little slow for drinks etc. We were kept awake one night until the early hours when it sounded like a party was going on in the room next door. Restaurant is underused which is a shame as the chef is lovely and the food is good with a good choice of all cuisines.

Great location. Very clean and staff all extremely attentive and friendly.Rooms are huge with everything you need and very clean. Standards are very high which I would expect from a hotel in this price bracket. Great breakfast and we were made to feel at home. The owner is a lovely man who likes to chat to everyone at breakfast. Restaurant and bar prices were very good for a more upmarket hotel. Loved our stay and would definately stay again.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. The staff make the experience as they are so friendly and helpful, the service they provide is outstanding. Special mention to Som in the breakfast team and the reception and housekeeping team. The room was really large and comfortable and cleaned to a high standard with clean towels every day.
