Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Good location. Nice spaciousand clean room. The attached 2 restaurants were really nice. The cleaning and door staff were really helpful. The soundproofing cut out almost all of the traffic noise. The air conditioning was good too.

United KingdomIf you're given a room in the centre of the corridor, change it. Or, request a room not in the centre. You hear the breakfast being prepared even from several floors down. It's extremely loud. I got woken up every morning at 530-6am.
Room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. WiFi worked well. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choices, and professional staff. Room service was also tasty (but a bit expensive).

CanadaHotel can try to collaborate with taxi services. My phone data wasn't working properly and it would have been nice if hotel arranged a taxi to the airport.
Very good location and close to Metro stations, RV road, Jayanagar or Banashankari all are just a 5-10 mins ride with an auto. Good restaurant in the hotel and beside the hotel too. If you need anything like Xerox, scanning services, everything is in walking distance. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.
