Our room was spacious and moody. The owner is very polite. Very calm and warm person. He is not offensive like most people in India. He helped us with organizing safari trip and take care about our stuff during the trip.

Arrived at 11.30 Pm. Staffs greeted me well . This has a fort view area and a rooftop restaurant with full view of Jaisalmer fort. Staying here will give you vibes of staying and old time forts. This has good interior for photography. They provide jeep safari also to Sand dunes. Mr. Sumar Kohari was very helpful staff.🥰

the bathroom is not that clean, maybe too old? but with this price, I have nothing to complain

the staffs are very helpful! I wanted to send a parcel back to Taiwan and they helped me to find a box and a white cloth bag, even help me package it. and also took me to the bus station for free~ price is very cheap, location is good and rooftop sharing space is comfortable.

Customer Service was excellent from the point of booking. The manager made contact and made us aware of services the hotel offers. He even met us at the station at 3am when our train was delayed! The hotel is modern, new and very clean. Room was large and well decorated with a large bathroom and good hot water shower. Bed was comfy. Location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to the main gate of the old city. Also has a nice rooftop restaurant. The hotel arranged our camel safari which was excellent. From start to finish we couldn’t fault anything and stayed here twice during our trip. The staff take a pride in the hotel and delivering superb service to guests. As far as I could see, Hotel Shahiraj Jaisalmer is the best choice for a hotel in Jaisalmer.

I don't even know how long I stayed here. The location and the staff were absolutely great. Thanks to Sumar for allowing me to paint murals on the hotel wall and also taking me on an adventurous Desert Safari.

It was an amazing experience in jaisalmer and in desert safari people of this property were very helpful and cooperative. We came with our friends group and we enjoyed a lot, we took a complete package from here only and we had a great time. The behavior of the staff was good and the desert camping package was very affordable.

I had a good time at Shahiraj hotel. The building is recent, the room was clean, AC worked well, there is hot shower with good pressure and the decoration in the room is nice. They came to pick me up at the station as my train arrived quite late. Very happy with my stay, there’s nothing else I could have asked for :-)

Great location with lovely restaurants. Our room was very nice with a large bed and had comfortable window seating/alcoves. The staff were approachable and happy to help. We had an issue with our air conditioning which was sorted out immediately much to our gratitude. Recommend staying here. The camel tour/desert trip which we booked through the hotel was fantastic and a once in a lifetime experience which we wholeheartedly recommend!
