Location is bit tricky. It takes time to find the place. You have to go through a different resort to arrive at beach (which make it difficult during nights).

Stepped accommodation, which could be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Basic, clean, family run accommodation. Lovely outside seating area, quiet and peaceful. Easy walking distance to several nearby beaches. Nice view from room, very green with a partial sea view. Many nearby options for eating.

The bed was very uncomfortable for me (quite hard) but my partner didn't mind it. The room had quite a big tilt downwards, which wasn't a problem except for that it made the water pool on the other side of the drain next to the toilet, so it got a bit smelly from the old water. Apart from that the bathroom was clean.

Awesome location, lovely view you could see the beach (kind of) close to Palolem beach and other beaches. The hosts were kind and helpful 😊 bedding/linen was clean, nice lighting and decorations. The host helped us hire a moped.

We really loved our stay here. For us the location was perfect as it was just in between both palolem and petnem beach, just a short walk to both. The hut was comfortable and clean. It was great for us to relax for a bit from travelling about.

The place is very close to columb beach in South Goa. Basically this is a sea view hut with a attached bathroom. The facilities were decent and good enough for the price. The best part is the hospitality from the owner Rupesh Pagi. He is extremely friendly and that sort of makes you comfortable staying there and will also have a peace of mind. He will definitely help you out in figuring out the places to visit during your stay there. Reaching the location might be little tricky but not difficult. Best way to reach here is having your own scooty.

This is a lovely location looking out across trees and huts to the sea. Rupesh, the owner, did everything he could to make us comfortable. He organised a driver for us and was really sweet to our eight year old son

Everything was great here,the family that host are lovely and couldn't be more helpful and kind. The location is tranquil and chilled, but not far from the main beach. Fab huts with plenty of space, beautiful view and great amenities 😍

The location is very close to various beaches, but it stills feels a bit private away from all the hotels. The property is green and lush, and we really enjoyed time at our terrace outside the hut. Rupesh and the family was very friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay. We ended up staying longer, as we were so happy with the place.

The hut was all that you required and situated in great location. Fabulous views across the sea plus greenary with humming bird monkeys and lizards to be seen daily.

When you enter at property they will be asking you for payment. Each time they will be doing that and won’t leave any chance to make you feel uncomfortable. Not sure how it is showing 8 rating for Shiv Sai Huts. Do ignore this property. No comfort , no cleaning. Just hungry people for money. No sense how to talk with guest.

The staff are lovely. It's owned and run by a family and they are so kind and helpful. Our room was perfect. Had a nice porch for us to sit and watch the swaying coconut trees. It had a sea view. We were very comfortable there.
