How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The shower was absolutely disgusting, glass shower doors were covered in water stains and soap scum, looks like they were last cleaned when the hotel was built. The shower drain was completely clogged, so the floor flooded immediately once the water was on. The room was booked for 2 people, but there was only one towel, one cup and one water glass. Bedsheets were clean, but looked really old.
The hotel is close to the airport (10 min drive if taxi takes the toll road, but about half an hour if they decide to go via an old road). Great breakfast selection, including fresh fruit and items made to order (dosa, omlet etc). Decent size rooms, quiet area, 24 hour check-in desk. Bed was comfortable with extra pillows.

some renovations on the blinds required. Couldnot identify the restaurant.
I like the balcony, though noisy. The place was lively in terms of busy connecting road to the airport. Airport is nearby and easy to drop in by night and takeva cab for your early morning flights. supportive front desk

The level of hygiene in the corridors was low. The used meal plates were lying in the corridors despite my request to clear them. the day shift receptionist was not upto mark. the approach road to the hotel was unpacked and dusty.
location close to Bangalore International Airport. Good for transit passengers. The price for the rooms is reasonable. The rooms were clean and comfortable

Breakfast taste could have been better.
Very close to BLR international airport. Spacious rooms with clean bathroom. Reasonable price. I was staying here for the second time in year 2022.

There is lots of construction in the area where the hotel is located so its a bit noisy.
The room was a good size with a host of amenities available including a table and chair, fridge, TV and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful and made the check in and check out process very simple.

Minuses or scope for improvement would be staff behaviour - very transactional and stiff - not hospitable . Cleanliness and maintenance can improve. Communicating with guest and between staff should improve . Despite being told about early check in and paying a quite steep price for the 3 hours , was made to wait and was inspite of booking in advance and check in dates clearly mentioned, everyday there was a question on when I am leaving as though they were desperate to get rid of me. Not appreciated !! I even received a call asking where I am and when I will be checking out on the day of check in !!
Pluses were the location ( slightly off the highway) but accessible / Infrastructure and the room and fittings

Nothing to complain about. They had a bit of an interface problem with booking.com and did not acknowledge the free breakfast option, but then generously decide to waive the charges anyway.
Good location close to the airport. Definitely good value for money, nice room size and decent breakfast.
