Very nice hotel .Rooms are clean and comfortable. naresh sir is too nice and helpful . Washroom too are clean. owner are bestadviser they gived always correct and cost effective advises and helped alot . Hotel loaction near to all main spots. I would really appreciate hotel and staff . And would definitely recommemd to stay here

I had an excellent experience during my stay at the hotel shree krishna palace . The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by the caretaker owner . His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay even more enjoyable. Whether it was assisting with special requests or ensuring the room was in top-notch condition, ansh ji was courteous and always available with a warm smile. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent facilities and the outstanding hospitality provided by staff like ansh ji Looking forward to staying here again!

It's was a very amazing experience with hotel shree krishna palace near mahakal temple. Special thanks to ansh sir for being available 24/7. Room was neat & clean. Thanks for providing vehicles and managing each and everything. Wifi speed was next level.

The staying experience is a disaster.they agreed for booking online but proactively didnot mentioned the working website.when we booked and reached the hotel they said a different tariff as INR 1400 per day which was more than the website price.more over they didnot give us the bill when we asked for it they said they will not give since gst will be charged.minimum facilities like hot water was not there tv was not working WiFi stopped when complained then they gave.house cleaning not maintained.very bad room service

I want to share my dissatisfaction with the property as there were numerous issues. The rooms lacked cleanliness, with a poorly maintained bathroom that had fungus on the walls, a broken seat cover, and lingering cement dirt on the tiles. Toiletries were only provided after multiple requests. The overall hygiene was subpar, evident in dirty room paintings and tiles. The hotel's entrance appeared uninviting, resembling a storage facility rather than a proper establishment. These concerns need attention, and I believe it's crucial to escalate this feedback to booking.com for necessary action.

I appreciated the property mainly for its staff and the reception's excellent behavior

In first 24 hrs I literally change my room 5 times and the main problem is Ac not working,then shift 2 bedroom but again rats moving on bed at night during sleep(11:30 pm),Then change the room but again same problem Ac not working then any how we shift to other room,next day when I came they didn't clean room,my kids and wife realised me that this is ur hospitality,and worst part is that wifi is only working on reception not on any floor,complaining again and again but they didn't respond,wash basin is choked,if u booked this hotel God swear you feel waste of money,first time I booked my hotel wid booking.com and swear this is my last booking wid you,bye bye booking.com

Actually the price at this site and the price at the hotel is different. So i think it should be more close to each other .

The owners were really kind , Rohit Bhai was always helpful and the stay was nice. A nice room at a great location....just a km away from Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga temple. Superb place.

Neat and clean rooms near to temple in main market Open area for kids. This the only hotel which has private parking in that area Very helpful owner and coperative staff. Best hotel for family You should stay there literally.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 8 am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. And another main plus is indoor private parking.The sevice was exceptional as well. Nearest to temple in main market . Clean and big hotel rooms.Would definitely send a friend there

Awesome experience, nice ambience, good interiors. Supportive staff . And the main best facility is hotel private big parking.It's a very nice hotel. I stayed for 4 days. Great location near the temple and yet away from the crowd. rooms have big windows.Rooms are also clean and comfortable.. We had booked a taxi for visiting omkareshwar and mandu from the hotel itself and I must say they were cooperative.
