IndiaThe owner!!! They are money minded! Rude!! And not at all customer friendly!!! -> After reaching the property they’ll ask you to pay the entire amount, Meal charges are high due to monopoly as this is the only resort in a 10-15kms radius, Veg lunch is 300/- but then we had Zomato to our rescue. -> Public transport options are limited, auto rickshaw do not drop you till the resort location neither bus so either you drive your own vehicle or rent one from the owner for which he charges a Bomb!!! Morever, additional charges if you make an extra round to resort which he did not inform while booking! -> Room service charges extras for 50rs per person! Thermos was not cleaned, tea cups had stains, quantity was limited, extra cup of tea was also chargeable!! -> If you try to negotiate for such high prices and extra charges he’ll arrogantly argue and disconnect the call, later will send his staff for getting money but he himself wont turn up for a discussion.
The location is 10-12kms far from the main Ratnagiri city, which is good as the only sound you get to hear is of birds and winds gushing through the trees…

IndiaThe place is quite deep in the village. It's almost at the end of the village. While approaching you might feel you are on the wrong route. Before you reach there please take the location from the staff just to be clear. There is a small parking place.if you park first it might happen somone might park behind you. So if you plan to leave early in the morning confirm from staff so that they can help you in keeping your car as first priority. The rooms are spacious, clean and hygienic. The bathrooms are also big with hot water supply. They have two big dogs as pets. They roam freely in the garden. They are friendly. Food is average. Home cooked food.
