Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location was good. The area was near Anand Rao circle bus stop so it was convenient to travel around. The reception was helpful and the room service was too.

IndiaNothing about the hotel but the environment of that location since its a busy area located in the center of Bangalore, was always populated with different people just be careful at night time.
Stayed for 3 days and had a pleasant experience with the rooms looking clean and well designed for family of 3. Good water pressure, towels, small soaps and shampoos were given.

The location was pretty decent but was in a very crowded area approximately 700 meters from the KSR Bengaluru Railway station. The rooms were clean and decent, and comfortable. The managers and staffs were good.

Sri LankaThe location is difficult to find but once you get here it is convenient. Suggest arrange pick up to be arranged on arrival at airport.
I was pleasantly surprised by the reception I received on arrival. After my initial stay of 1 day I extended it to cover my entire stay of 4 days. Very courteous and helpful staff at the reception. This included help in getting a taxi and changing forex.

Germany- cleaning stones all over the bathroom made a really strong smell - no card payment possible - check in was a little complicated (they seem to have some technical issues; communication was a little tricky at first)
+ location near metro station (which is great if you want to use it) + very clean + absolutely no bugs / mosquitos inside + great working ac + early check in possible (cost Rps. 500)
