Nothing is trouble here

This hotel is excellent. A great place near the railway station. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast is also excellent with a wide variety of foods.

Dirty room Constant smell of cigarette smoke Had to ask for towels on arrival. No toilet paper Short double bed where my feet would hang off the end of the bed Not enough floor staff Reception staff just sat around and gossiped with other locals often talking about guests. I did not receive room that I was requesting that I stayed in last time I was in Delhi. Staff kept telling me it was booked out however I had seen 2 lots of local people offered that room. Facility smelt of cigarette smoke and sewerage

Staff was very leery and kind of unfriendly. We had settled all bills the night before our 5:45am departure and were told that all we had to do was surrender the key. But when we went to leave they stopped us and insisted that they go through the account one more time, charging us for an additional meal that we had paid for the night before.

The room was not ready. I came to the hotel at 1 am and they were still preparing for the room. The room was full of smoke with no bidet as it was mentioned in the room details with no wifi.

This was the worst place i have ever been to in my whole life of traveling. If you are wondering how bad- even the uber drivers rejected coming to the adress. The hotel itself is very dirty, the towels were gray, i found hair in the bed, dust everywhere and bad smell. The hotel is visited most by locals and they are very noisy, keeping the room doors opened all night.

The staff is nice and helpful. Railway station is very close if you are traveling by train is a good option.
