The room was not available when I got there at 10pm, the owner/manager asked me to wait for a guest that was checking out. Then the room was cleaned up in a rush, not sure if the bedsheets were even changed.

It is walking distance to the railway station, that came in useful to catch an early morning train.

Hi   I am highly disappointed and sorry to say that hotel refused booking when Nageshwar Pd reached with family at the property It caused great inconvenience to him in finding another stay at night 11 p.m. Highly unprofessional and rude behave . nothing, we were not brave enough to stay there overnight and left the hotel 1 hour after check-in

The photos attached do not represent the reality. It is a very basic hotel, with no shower (just a tab and plastic buckets), the entrance to the hotel was blocked by a pile of garbage, the reception was under construction. The flies were everywhere, wild dogs howling outside, so it was quite scary to leave the hotel in the evening.

We booked a family suite with 2 double beds and paid the amount. At the hotel we were instead given a triple room. When discussed with the reception, they said they don't have a family suite empty. When I pointed out that the online booking and the payment they have taken is for a family suite they instead asked me more money to provide another room. There was no apology for the wrong information. Instead of giving me the refund as they provided a smaller room than which was booked they asked for more money. Disgusting!! The shower was not working and the bed linens were dirty. Please do not stay at this hotel. Fraud!

It was really dirty, stains on the bed sheets and pillows and marks all over the walls. Dust everywhere as well. The shower was basically over the toilet and there was no hot water. Multiple power outages which means the AC didn’t work for periods of time which was annoying because the room was hot as hell. The air conditioning itself was pretty terrible anyway. Had to pay for the one bottle of water the offered us, which we didn’t even ask for. Staff weren’t overly friendly at all.

This hotel does not in any way look like the pictures. I’m confused by all the good reviews and I would not recommend staying in this hotel. From the moment we arrived the person working at the desk was not organised and I had to tell him how much we were to pay for the accommodation. The staff had very little English and were not very friendly or helpful, only for the travel manager who did help us. As mentioned the hotel room does not look as it does in the pictures, there was masking tape all over cupboard doors and the bathroom door, I am unsure of why it was there. The fan on the roof was not secure and looked as if it could fall off. The bathroom smelled terrible and there were no windows in the room…the hotel was extremely loud at night time, we could hear people shouting and talking and it was very difficult to get to sleep. There was also a gap at the end of the door and the room was very bright at night. The safe also did not work, there were no toiletries. We did not see the rooftop which is in the photos, we went to the rooftop which had food and rubbish on the ground, it looked like a building site and certainly not what is seen in the photos. There was also people sleeping up here on the ground. They provide you with water when you first arrive however you will have to pay for this when you leave which was not mentioned to us and when I payed for this on checkout they gave me back the wrong change, so please be aware of this. Overall the room and the hotel were not clean, I did not feel comfortable to eat in this hotel, so I cannot comment on the food.

I don’t have many positive things to say about this hotel only that the travel manager was helpful to us in booking a taxi for us to take us to see the sights and he also booked our train tickets.
