There were bed bugs in our bed. They had to change our room. No cleaning. You have to request. The staffs do not come even upon request and you need to chase them. Orders breakfast with them and they forgot my order twice. There is a man on the reception who claim to be the owner but does not appear to be the owner. He spoke very rudely to me. For a room of 2 persons, we had only one key and it happened that my friend who had the key was stuck in traffic and when I asked for spare key, the man at the reception was vey angry and made me wait with 7 bags in my hand. When I was talking, the fatso was buzy eating and did not hear me out. When checking out, they increase our breakfast bills and tried making us pay for food not ordered by us.

Breakfast was okay but they took much time to serve or even forgot our order.

The staff was kind and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised with my room. The housekeeping staff was kind and attentive. The front desk staff is always accommodating. The manager was always on hand to talk and to offer assistance. His smile lights up a room. The travel coordinator Amit was my right hand. He was able to coordinate anything from travel and trips to local transport and pharmacies. I am so grateful.

The hotel is ideally situated in Paharganj, within easy walking distance of the main railway station and either of 2 metro stations, 15 min walking to CP, good service, good food at the restaurant, and also nice and comfortable rooms. . It is clean, quiet, the WiFi works and the staff are friendly and helpful,

We had a great time during our stay. The amenities, service and staff all were excellent and we felt thoroughly looked after. In particular, we strongly enjoyed the buffet breakfast and restaurants within the hotel. This is definitely a place we will be coming back to in our future travels. Strongly recommend.

We had a great time during our stay at Hotel Shri Vinayak. Staff were helpful and eager to assist. The the rooms were spotlessly clean and inviting. It’s location is also excellent having several restaurants, shops and other recreational areas just as you step out of the hotel. I have stayed in many hotels, and this one is at the top of my list.

This time, I came for a family stay and will say it's excellent up scale experience. At par with top hotels. Room quality/ space top class. Dinner/ breakfast spread was awesome with excellent taste. My kid enjoyed the stay and gave a thums up. All the support staff very courteous and made sure we had memorable stay.

My wife and I stayed here second times during our trip. This hotel was fantastic. It was convenient to the New Delhi Train Station. We felt very safe in the hotel and surrounding area. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well furnished. The breakfast buffet was amazing offering a wide variety of items. This is a great home base for exploring Delhi and staging for early morning train or late arrivals.

If anyone is planning to stay in Paharganj, then this is a must go place . The lobby is very vibrant with warm smiles and services all over the place, the lobby and inside areas are spacious enough. The staff at the reception counter was attentive enough to assist us and they made sure to upgrade our rooms to a good one . Believe me our rooms were super spacious and clean . .

Hotel Shri Vinayak is a great place to stay near the New Delhi Railway Station. Hotel room and the bathroom are properly cleaned which gave us a good stay experience. The hotel is walkable distance from the station. The hotel manager is very friendly, humble and genuine person. He welcomed us to the hotel in a very good manner. This hotel is a good choice to stay. Just go for it.

Hotel is clean and in a prime location just walkable distance from New Delhi Railway Station to the Paharganj area at Sadar Bazar. I wish if the cleanliness in the common area could be better and please give attention to this as well. Cozy beds. and Linen and clean bathroom. The property is safe for families and solo travelers both. Would come back again.
