It was a wonderful experience while we enjoyed our breakfast. Staff took good care of the guests. The hotel is conveniently located at Paharganj very near to the New Delhi Railway Station, amenities and tourist locations.

Television not working over my entire stay. Nobody come for housekeeping. My blanket seems old, I am getting itching so much. The hotel doesn't have the facility for 4 star as being advertise. it must be only 2. My check in is Feb 21, however I arrive Feb 22 at 6:00 AM and what a surprising thing that my room is not ready at all. I waited for 2 hours in lobby them to prepare the room. No Hot water for shower at night. If you are not choosy for rooms and you wanted to save, anticipate all the things I mentioned. Though the price paid is something that we must expect in India. Anyhow, am still OK and I can recommend them to economical travelers like me.

Staff are polite and helpful. Mr. Amiot the Travel Manager is very kind and supportive. Arranging travel itineraries is his especially. Hotel is cheap. Breakfast is OK, but there should be more better variant.

Room doesnt have window/ventilation. It was humid and no heater available (I stayed during winter).

The hotel is in a good location (busy area though), nearby the metro. There are lots of options for eateries. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The property was extremely noisy no matter what time of the day or night. The staff on the corridors at night talking very loudly outside of our room. The room itself was very damp and the window did not open properly, the shower did not work correctly and it was very difficult to change the temperature of the water. The hot water switch was on the wall outside and some staff member turned this off without asking and we then had no hot water when we needed it. The room was not clean and needs a good make over.

The property had a lovely man who worked on the tourist desk, he helped us book our tickets on the train. If only all other staff were as nice as he was!

WORST EXPERIENCE. The staff is extremely rude and couldn’t help you in anyway. The property does not follow the guidelines of booking.com and would giveaway your booking for more profit. This platform shouldn’t allow show low class hotels on site. It was awful, spoiled my whole delhi experience.

Every thing mentioned online was a lie, Rooms are too small without any windows, air ventilation is not there and geasers not working nothing was working. Online they had mentioned a number of facilities which they didn’t give. Towels were given only one day that too after asking for it soap also given only one day no slippers hair dryer etc was given no heater or heating devices given. worst experience

Very dirty rooms, rude staff. It doesn’t look like the pictures. They gave us one towel for the 3 of us. The sheets were dirty with hair and mud. I would never go back.
