It was not clean or professional. we arrived at 3AM so we couldn’t change hotels immediately then but we slept on a spare cover we had with us as the sheets and pillows were stained, the toilets were dirty and the floor had not been cleaned at any recent time. The location of the hotel is also very sketchy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were neat and clean, functional and equipped. Very courteous staff they were very accommodative to our needs. The breakfast was really great, with a lot of options.

Hotel is city centered and staff is very courteous and hospitable. My room was cozy and comfortable, team was active and helpful. Special thnks to front desk team for helping us out with everything we needed during the stay.

The room was disgusting. the bathroom and especially the wc was dirt from previous guests. The sheets and walls were also dirt. You can here the rats running in the ceiling. Avoid at all costs. I left even if I had already paid

Listicle ahead! 1. The staff was severely drunk. I was with family so didn't have to worry a lot, but for solo female travellers, this will be a huge red flag. 2. The room is NOTHING in comparison to the pics you see. It was small, with no bed tables, and VERY limited space to walk around in the room. There was no place to hang clothes, so we had to keep the clothes either on the bed, or on the table. The TV wasn't working (which wasn't a problem for us since we didn't want it, but sharing because you might want to see some entertainment). 3. The hot water (read - boiling hot!) was everywhere. Even in flush and jet! So you can't use either when going to the loo unless you want the privates deep steamed! Honestly, I want spaces with hot water, but this is the first time I saw it in a jet (which is completely useless!) and the temp of which couldn't be controlled.

The location was the only good thing about the hotel. 5 mins (or less) walk from New delhi rly stn gate num 1. So, if you arrive in the night, it's easier to find the hotel.

Breakfast selection was vast and very tasty. The staff at the restaurant were very helpful and brought us food very fast. The room was neat and clean and spacious, very comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from the Centre of Connaught Place. Great stay and would recommend

We booked a DELUXE TRIPLE ROOM. When we arrived at the hotel, they gave us a room with one double bed, without window. I thought at first they gave us one room to leave the luggage and relax before getting our real room because it was about 11:30 AM. So we decided going sightseeing and came back to the hotel at 5 PM. By then they told us this was our room, a double bed room and they bring a extra bed. Firstly it didn’t look anything like the room I booked. Secondly why didn’t prepare the extra bed while we were away the whole afternoon and only did it when we came back. They didn’t even say sorry to us about that chang. That was not the last problem. Hot water not enough for 3 people, no toilet papers, no towels in the room (they only bring them when we asked). And we saw a small mouse inside the room at night.

Staff service at its best, rooms were clean and with lot of amenities. Front desk team is very supportive and polite they even offered me a packed breakfast meal at 5 am morning. Easily located from the Delhi Train Station just 5mn by walk.
