How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We had a great experience overthere. At the time of check-in we met a guy at the reception. He was very kindhearted. He told us everything regarding hotel including facilities and all. Whenever we would come back in this hotel, we will definitely wish to meet him. Overall my experience was great there.

I have visited this awesome hotel on last week. Ambiance of the hotel was awesome as well as staff . Starting from entrance, concierge, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant team each and everyone was so kind so helpful so generous.

Room was so clean, food was excellent. Everyone keeps smiling faces when they see you and the first approach was that wonderful greeting "NAMASTE" . We loved the service as we checked in at night and we booked for non-smoking room but want a smoking room so the guy at the reception fulfilled the request and gave us a room. You all guys are doing the right thing. We will be back soon.

It was an amazing stay at Hotel Shri Vinayak Paharganj, the room is good in size, maintained well. The food is also amazing with the best staff all around. Staff from House keeping, room service and front desk are soo courteous and helpful. Love to visit again.

Convenient location very near to Delhi train station only 5 to 7 mnts by walk from paharganj side exit, beware of the out side people at the station they will try to misguide you in many ways. Hotel entrance from the main road room was very nice clean, staff was soo nice friendly and supportive.

Main thing of this hotel is location very near to the New Delhi Railway Station (NDLS) easy to reach by walk only 5minutes so it is very convenient to catch early morning train and transportation also available 24 hours. Centrally located all the big shopping areas is under 1.5km from the hotel. Staff was really nice behavior, friendly and supportive. Room was neatly clean and well managed.

Location is a big plus since close to New Delhi Railway Station. Thanks to all the staff providing excellent services, starts from front desk guy, house keeping and room service all are very humble, polite and friendly behavior. The staff in Hotel Shri Vinayak was soo friendly, helpful and supportive. It was very nice and comfortable stay in Hotel Shri Vinayak, this hotel is very near to the New Delhi Train Station so it is good to catch early morning train within 5minutes walking distance. Very nice hotel in Paharganj near New Delhi Railway Station. Rooms are very well managed neat and clean room and bathroom and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom knobs were filled with current and got some shocks too. And also one of the rooms had rats, the staff didn’t help us with that too.

The room, unkept, bed sheets were not changed, no hand towels, lots of insects in the room. Very unhygienic, rude staff, they were not prepared to get anything asked for. Overall absolutely not worth paying that money. It should be rated minus star.
