How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

They don't provide toiletries, mineral water bottles since its near street & train station its very noisy.
Located near New Delhi Station, Hotel Is located in busy street area. Staff there are very sweet and helpful. Breakfast is also good.

Noisy rooms, probably because of local (indian) tourists that are not carefull to be silent during the night (slamming doors, arguing verry loud, taking a shower...
Verry good value for money balance (€25 for 1 night), verry helpful staff and a great location. Good breakfast and pretty rooms!

It doesn't look like in the pictures at all. Not any part of it. It was quite dirty (bedding, floor, bathroom, reception). 3 stars in India means 2 European stars. We chose it cause of the nice pictures. However, the reality is very different.
Manager is a nice guy. He was able to arrange a transfer from the airport.

The bathroom and the shower could have been a bit more comfortable. Apart from that Everything was fine.
The hotel was in a central location, good to reach from the railway station. As well it was clean and had Everything we needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They had a little travel agency that really helped us to plan our trip and to arrange Everything we wanted for a good price.

No window. Breakfast had to be eaten in the room.
Near to N. Delhi Station and Paharganj. Hotel arranged a transfer from the airport. Nice lobby and friendly staff.

We were very happy with our stay at the Shri Vinayak. It is safe, clean and comfortable with good facilities. It is very close to the railway station and to the Paharganj area which is busy but very atmospheric. The travel team at the hotel arranged a car and 5 nights accommodation for the first part of our tour. This included visiting places we wouldn’t have known about had we done it ourselves. They also arranged our safaris into Ranthambore. When there was an issue with the vehicle type for one safari they bought us a train ticket as compensation. We would definitely recommend them for a tour of India.
