The area is very loud so pack up earplugs. Also propably pack some clea sheets because they dont have clean in this facility. It is a regular Indian scam that place with loads of great reviews but in realy those are mostly fakes so take care. This place at least is located where it is supposed to be.

Good location to be close to the railwaycenter. The price is really low, its not worth the full price. The reception works 24 hours because the staff simply sleeps at their post and you can wake them when you need something. The can organize a trip for you for adeition fee to wherever you wish.

I had a really comfortable stay here. The arrangements were good and the service was excellent. The hotel is well-maintained, and the staff are kind and polite. They helped me a lot during my stay. it's near the railway station

No coffee cups etc. Tv did not work and electrics gave off sparks! Again felt insecure, and light and noise pollution again high. Didnt like that any food ordered was in fact prepared and brough to the hotel from next door and nearby cafes/restaurants. No idea on the quality hygiene of these places, whereas if prepared in house, at least you'd know who to praise or complain to. Area around hotel chaotic, and supposedly one to be wary of.

Close to railway, which, in addition to leaving suitcases here, was the only reason we returned for another night. In a premium room compared to previous night. Bed ok. Premium meant we had a choice of two! Big plus, our suitcases were indeed ok, though covered in dust.

In a standard room, not too clean, have shower and so close to sink and toilet, everything gets wet. Bed linen looked off white and worn. Facilities poor. Room lock appeared loose and extra bolts available on the door. Noise from the corridor and nosise from outside. Glass above bedroom door lets in quite a bit of light from corridor. Hotel kept the suitcases in the reception area, not locked away, and were amused that I didnt feel this was very safe. Staff member advised us not to wander outside in the evening. Not good enough price, as Id expect fully functioning room, secure and clean.

bed was reasonably comfortable and very close to the railway station. Owais the travel partnet at the hotel very friendly, good English and helpful. Hotel allowed us to leave 2 suitcases whilst we did a trip. Good price.

Service were very bad. The person who received us was drunk and asleep when arrived. The room which i booked was given to another customer i had to see different rooms and then decide. There was no hot water in the morning had to go down and wake the staff up to enquire about hot water. I wouldn’t stayed even for free if i was not with the family and it was late night.

The room in reality looks different compared to photos on the booking.com. It is older, not so cool design and bathroom is typical Indian. an Indian plastic bucket and outdated tiles. All this is not visible in the photo from the site. which incorrectly informs the client about the room. It is also not indicated that breakfast is supposed to be in the room, since there is no breakfast area with tables. I had a deluxe room, but it didn't even have a chair. I don’t understand how this can be called deluxe. Breakfast is quite poor ( mostly white bread)

Super noisy Super dirty I had bedbugs in the first room! Next room had chips in the bed so for the money I would expect higher standard Stained sheets with holes Hot water seems to depend on luck. No hot water in the evening but I had it in the morning Majority of the reviews are fake

Checked-in after 10 pm on arrival at Railway station. First room offered, the intercom was not working: can not connect Reception, can not order food, can't connect house keeping. Shifted to anoter room where TV was not working; by the the time it was nearing 11 pm and being septuagenarions were too tired to keep on changing rooms.

1. there are limited choice for breakfast but passable. There is no resturant, only room service. 2. Location claimed in website is " opposite Railway station "; actually 300 ms away; senior citizens like us with baggage need an autoriksha .
