Very loud but this is obviously due to the location. No tea or coffee in room when we arrived but this was brought up to us by reception shortly after. Booked as it had a rooftop restaurant but was told this was under construction still. Bed sheets and towels were still damp from being washed.

Property was in a central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was tasty.

No hot water. No help from staff to correct. Requested a wake up call so I could make my train. Did not receive one, luckily I got up on my own accord. No windows in most rooms.

Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were informed that it was fully booked, and we were relocated to another hotel within the RCG group. Unfortunately, this alternative hotel was not very clean. Additionally, there was a lot of noise from construction work happening around the building during the night.

Stay away from it. It was dirty, we had to change the room and ask to change the sheets cause they didn't changed it. When we change the room, we saw that they made the bed without changing the sheets. On the second day of our stay, there was a dead mouse in front of our room's door. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

The room was far from clean. Something was weird about the ventilation as well, our room smelled like cigarettes the entire time. There were no windows. The entire hotel is super noisy, other guests/workers talk through the night and there is no noise isolation so you can hear everything. Towels were stained.

It is very cheap and staff at the reception are friendly.

Noise levels

If you can ignore the trains from railway station in all night honking competition, and dogs in barking spree and some bedsheets that can’t give you comfortable feeling, the rest is ok. Staff is decent and service too. Its advantage is proximity to railway station. Paharganj is a hell hole in patalalok called delhi. Anyway, if you are a tough traveler, Shri Vinayak is manageable
