As from beginning of Sunday I was part of this hotel and Mr Brijesh Patel and team have given me luxurious service and never disappointed me and also never given check in late and lastly food of this hotel is best of baroda so I love Sunday visit again.

We were not given breakfast , it has been first time in my life this happened , no hotel who charges full amount througout world avoids giving breakfast , saying that it was not booked .

Didn’t stay- reception was the worst and didn’t give us the room The manager was swearing at us and we have that on video

the bench was broken, was not fixed or attempted to be fixed until the last day (or second last, even after which, it was still broken), tv remote was not provided until the last day and still did not help because the TV had no working channels. staff took quite long to deliver things, and had to be asked multiple times to do things before it registered. lift went out of power and we were stranded. safety wise, i think it would be quite easy for an outsider to get into the building. but gujarati is quite safe generally. location wise again, it was in a very busy area, so it was highly polluted and there was a lot of traffic. staff, although friendly, were not always helpful in general.

rooms were reasonable, in the sense that there was a decent sized bed, with a modern bathroom, and amenities (soap shampoo etc)

Parking area needs lot of work around and stairs from parking should be clean area.

I am very happy with the hospitality of Sunday hotel staff. Location is so convenient. Hotel manager Hiren / mozambil / Gaurav all of them are excellent. Food was plus side. Everything was perfect with Sunday. Thank you very much.

The front desk is super lost and non-cooperative. Forced to pay for the rooms twice even after showing him confirmed payments stating “we did not receive the money yet”. DONOT PAY THEM ADVANCE
