We stayed at the Taj for 3 nights as we’re in Jaipur for a wedding. We wanted to have a relaxed couple of days and nights and this is what we did! The pool area was clean and relaxing. We used the spa a lot as great value for money and the treatments were pure bliss. The breakfast was very good - great omelettes and good coffee. House of Ming restaurant inside the hotel was outstanding.

By far the best experience we had in north india with regard to quality of service and hospitality. Taj amer is also recently built, kept very clean and quick to respond to any requirement and request. It was such a great experience that we would like to include a few notable employees who were responsible. SwitzerlandThe Taj Amer was one of the highlights of our time in Jaipur. The room was beautifully designed and kept exceptionally clean, and the hotel amenities were excellent. However, the Taj Amer stands out from other five-star hotels due to the staff dedicated to providing a personalised experience for their guests. For my birthday, they not only framed a picture of my partner and me to mark the occasion, but they helped my partner orchestrate a heartwarming surprise that exceeded both our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to Shashthavi, Priyanshi, Kunal, and Shahi for making our stay so incredibly special. We hope to return to the Taj Amer during our next visit to Jaipur!

AustraliaStaff had no soul, they did not seem alive or eager to help, not rude or anything, just lacked personality. The food was more catered for the Indians than Westerners. The food is too spicy even when they say it isn't. The menu could have been more diverse or maybe they could have another cuisine option in the hotel. Getting to rebook another room was hard, paying for the breakfast was time consuming, everything was slow. Hotel guests were noisy outside, and they do not offer car/taxi on site. Uber does not work in India. Our room had all the amenities, our daughters that costed the same thing had nil.
The hotel is beautiful, the bed, sheeting and decor was amazing. The pillows could have been better. The layout of the hotel lacked a bit, directions and signage could have been more prominent.

United KingdomAvoid the Indian wedding season as this hotel hosts many events. This has an impact on other guests as these events are large and staff are preoccupied for them. The half board buffet is average for Taj dining. A la carte was excellent but the hotel did not offer any credit to eat at any other restaurants.
Great location for all the sightseeing. The location is away from the city centre. The bar at the Nomad is excellent. Diwar makes some lovely 🍸.
