Location a little bit out of Jaipur, service was attentive but lots of small mistakes with our washing and pool side restaurant etc, pool very cold!

The staff at Taj Devi Ratn is simply amazing. They are extremely thoughtful, polite and always available to delight their customers. A special Thanks to Mr Anil Kumar & Mr Srinivas Reddy who took extra care of us during our stay. Naresh & Muskaan showed similar traits echoing the values across the different levels of the team there. Every individual working there made us feel special and that is something that will remain with us forever. The breakfast spread is amazing, food is extremely tasty and the best part of the food is the traditional Rajasthani Thali which is too good to resist. Overall a very enjoyable stay at this property.

Beautiful, everything you could wish for a resort hotel. Very attentive staff, incredibly clean, comfortable and had every amenity you could desire. There was a wedding taking place on the venue and we were still catered to very well despite the event taking centre stage!

Nothing, really, we had a wonderful time.

The hotel facilities were great, they had a lot of activities for adults and children, including an afternoon "fair" with food, beverages, games for children, presentations (dancing, music, magicians, puppet shows) that would take place everyday (for free). Plus plenty of other (paid) activities for our kids. We loved the spa and the heated pool, and the breakfast was delicious. But the best thing about the hotel was how its personnel went above and beyond to make our stay special and keep us confortable. We were lucky to spend the New Year's eve there, what a feast and a great party! (Although there was such an insane amount of food that I was wondering what they did with the leftovers - I hope it was donated). I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

The stay at Taj Devi Rattan was splendid. The connecting road to the resort was disappointing, though. Nevertheless, the amenities, food, life-size lost games, and the overall ambiance were unforgettable. Friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure every need is met. A tranquil and beautifully maintained environment that provides a sense of peace and exclusivity. Thoughtful design and decor that blend luxury with local culture. It's always wonderful when everything comes together perfectly during a getaway.

Honestly , I didn’t like the food much especially oriental food. It didn’t meet our expectations. It was good like but seems to have a scope because I have tasted better

Room was amazing, good size and with all amenities. The property was very clean and everything spotless. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious with lots of healthy options to choose from. Overall very happy with their service. Staff also provided exceptional service. Special mention to Priyanka and Chef Mohammed . Would love to go back again

It was exceptional experience when i stayed in jan 2023.wonderful room,view,high tea etc But this time they provided me room in the C building as the room size was small i have spend more amount then before i suppose. View was of village. Hi tea last time was so much variety and this time 90 percent of the menu is cut. i have bring my special guest to experience the same but.......disappointed this time

yes we liked the breakfast very much. We have ordered ala carte in dinner but while waiting they asked to pick anything for dinner which we waiting free of cost
