How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The reception was not prompt on taking calls, although once the request was made the service was very fast. Couldn't find Spa rate card and in room Dining menu.
The eye to detail was appreciated, traveled with an infant, was provided with extra care and concern.

We had an amazing stay here in Jaipur, the staff was adorable, always ready to help with the smile. The room was perfect, very clean and comfy ! Facilities were numerous and very nice : 3 restaurants, a big swimming pool, a spa, ebike rental... We had a lovely stay and we hardly recommend to try this place ! Special thanks to Mr.Farhan that was always there to help us and make our stay comfortable!

Location.
This is my third stay at this property and I love the services and attentiveness of the staff. The added personal touch of care was heartwarming. Felt like home. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay, would like to thank the GM Mr Santosh Shetty and Ms Sriesthi Gupta for making all the arrangements to help us make this trip memorable. The rooms were lovely and super clean. Special mention to Mr Farhan at the front desk and Mr Raj Verma for repeatedly taking care of all our needs. I would like to thank all the housekeeping and FNB staff namely Saurabh, Ayush, Nikhil, Pintu, Naresh and Kushagra for serving us food and going out of the way to take care of all FNB needs. Overall a great stay and kudos to Mr Santosh Shetty and his team for running such a beautiful property so seamlessly and making the guest experience memorable.

Due to high occupancy, we were sent to another place in the hotel for breakfast on our last day and unfortunately it was not worthy of a 5 star luxury hotel, which was very disappointing. Expectations for the rooms were higher for such a hotel, especially we felt that the beds were too soft.
Great hotel in terms of design and space. Relaxing pool area and room with board games and others, which we quite enjoyed. Staff very friendly and attentive. Just 30 min outside of Jaipur city center, which makes it nice to escape the hot city after a day of tourism.

Location was great and nice and quiet but was a little complicated to get transport when wanting to move to the city and also to Delhi when we were leaving.
One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in for a long time. From the time of arrival till departure was treated so well. Staff are excellent. Food was also incredible. Thank you so much

Was a good 5 star hotel, staff helped me get a doctor immediately after I got a monkey bite at Galtaji temple. Was impressed with the attentiveness.

We booked half board, but at no point were informed which restaurants we were/were not allowed to eat in. So, when we checked out they presented us with a bill for eating in the "wrong" restaurant. This was frustrating as no one had told us that we could only eat at Vyom. They did cancel the bill when I explained this, but it felt quite accusatory and somewhat tainted our stay. We also found hair in almost every dish we ate at Vyom (breakfast and dinner), which isn't what one expects from a 5* hotel.
The setting and aesthetic are very unique, and it was nice to have a break from the hubbub of the city. The room was very comfortable, the service good and the food tasty. We also enjoyed the pool.

The speed the buggy drivers and are going especially in the night and they do not stop to let you walk , you have to jump on the side of the roads to avoid collisions , it’s frightening with families with kids. Pool service is slow, 30-40 min waiting for drinks.

the location was a bit out of the city but it's not a deal breaker.
The property was amazing. Great food, super efficient staff and facilities. they had everything one could ask for. we had a great stay with family. Breakfast was a huge spread, many hot counters making yummy food.
