The only thing I can think is that the in room slippers were more like flip flops so could have been more comfortable

Toilet was to high and washbasin too deep installed. The makeup mirror was also too deep. Roomservice is the reason why we can’t give 10 out of 10. On the last day they gave us about 10 plastic water bottles and 3 Glas water bottles instead of only 5 plastic water bottles until then. Together with those plenty bottles a few hours before departure we received a letter from room service 😉 We gave them a tip, though we were not happy because they could have given us this before. There was no time to drink even half of the water they put everywhere in the room. Reception employes and restaurant staff were all veryery nice and friendly and helpful

This review is based on a short 1-night stay in September 2023. I paid 10000 INR for a “Luxury Room King Bed” including breakfast and dinner. I didn’t get to experience everything the hotel had to offer, but what I did experience was fantastic and I’d love to come back and stay here again. The room was great, with lots of space, good table area, large bed, bath, shower, all the amenities I could need (lots of bottled water), and very clean. There was a balcony, which was a bit dirty, but had fantastic views of the nearby hills. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable. The A/C was very powerful and managed to cool the room efficiently, and could be fully turned off. The hotel is located far away from everything, which means it is very quiet. There is a nice garden to take a walk in. The main noise source was the hotel electric buggies, which would rumble as they passed by below my room. Luckily, the last one I heard was a bit past 10 pm. Beyond that, there was simply the gentle background sounds of nature. The service was stellar, from check-in to check-out, the personnel treated me extremely nicely. There is a small hotel shop, where I bought a reasonably-priced souvenir. The stand-out to me was the included dinner. I was told I could order anything and everything off the menu with no additional charge (except for beverages). They did slightly mess up the order and brought the appetizer after the main, but that is easily forgotten considering the food taste and presentation were exceptional. I had some of the best lamb I’ve ever had. At check-out, I was asked where I was heading. Going on tour, they proactively provided me with a free lunch box containing more than enough bread, sandwiches, and fruit for the rest of my day. All in all, I had a wonderful time, and was met with service and quality that would cost many times more in many other parts of the world.

it was very scenic and serene. the staff were very friendly and made my special day truly special. we were double upgraded and the room was decorated with flowers and balloons. the breakfast and high tea was very good and there was a lot of variety. Water pressure in toilet is very low. No pressure in hand Faucet and it was very difficult to move around because of its stiff pipe. Location was quite far from city and all the attractions.

Breakfast was good. Clean. Staff was amazing. Electric buggy was quick. Quite big. Food quality. High tea. Almost Everthing.

The food at the Chinese restaurant was definiely below par. We ordered prawns in oyster sauce, which was loaded with Indian spices. One couldnt even term this as Chindian cuisine. Most dishes had the same spicy gravy. The hotel is located outside the Jaipur city limits, so commuting to and from the tourist spots in the city, is a bit of a problem.

The breakfast was excellent and so were the facilities. We got upgraded to a suite so we thought we got a great deal for the price we paid. The staff were attentive and attended to all our needs.

The approach to the hotel is a bit difficult, but do not think that the hotel can do much about it. The buffet could be a bit more diverse.

The hotel was set out across a wonderful location overlooking the hills and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful and polite and the room very comfortable. We were upgraded to a bigger room with an outdoors space which made our stay even more magical. We also loved that it is a very family friendly hotel and everyone greeted our baby with love. We will be definitely coming back on our next visit to Jaipur.

Breakfast was a big disappointment. Even the fruits were not checked for taste and served. Though staff did their best to cover up. Special mention of Revenue Manager Sriesthi who did compensate on the breakfast part by providing us with a complimentary lunch at their genuinely authentic Oriental restaurant.

Serene, lush green environment, very soothing and invigorating. Little rustic exteriors but absolutely luxurious and pampering interiors, loved the size of room and ethnic designs on walls .

everything was amazing! right from the moment we entered the property we felt very welcome and were treated like royalty. Aryan took great care of us, graciously gifted us with a free room upgrade and even got our the room decorated for our special day. Lekhraj in housekeeping was a star, so caring, thoughtful, always helpful. Saraswati took care of our toddler in the creche so we could relax in our room, such a relief! People with young kids know what I'm talking about. Folks serving food in the restaurant were great too - they got us special dishes when we mentioned the buffet seemed a bit limited. Such a beautiful property, so well made, picturesque. We loved walking around in the evening. Can't wait to go back. THANK YOU DEVI RATN TEAM!!!
