It is an oasis of peace in the middle of nature. the structure is modern and has a very unique design, it is an architecture journey! The staff was extremely friendly, polite and very helpful in each request we had! the pool is exquisite an the structure is equipped with lot of facilities (gym, cocktail bar, shop, spa etc) which will make your stay even more pleasant! The place is very silent and the amazing rooms with garden will provide you a very nice time away from the noise of traffic!

Absolutely outstanding property. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel incredibly welcome from all. I have been very fortunate to visit some beautiful places. I have never found a property as incredible as Devi Ratn. I found it incredibly difficult to leave and cannot wait to visit again.

All is great, but I just got sick (fever) when I arrived here. So, I couldn't enjoy the entire place. Since the place was further outside the city. It is hard for me to get up and get some medication. It could have been better if they could provide some small emergency small kit pouch for the guest. Some hotel I have been to, they have emergency pouch kit in each room that consists of medication for diarrhoea, fever, or flu. I hope that whenever I visit in the future, they will have this emergency pouch kit available.

Love the tranquillity and calmness of this hotel. This hotel has romantic vibes and is suitable for couples and family. The best place to go further away from city chaos. I've been greeted with warm hospitality by the frontdesk team and duty manager. I booked one night, but I've decided to extend 1 more night before my trip. The best decision I'd made. Upon arrival, they mentioned that they had upgraded my room. The entire place has really helpful staff. Well done to all staffs there! This place is totally big and has buggy to bring you anywhere. I would definitely come here again in the future.

Everything was amazing. Specially the ambience and the food. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Took good care of our needs. As we were travelling with our kid. The staff did everything to please the kids and fulfil his wishes. Loved every bit of it.

Exceptional property and kudos to the staff who have maintained it in the best way possible. I really liked the hospitality of the entire staff, from the reception to ground staff, everyone. Earlier I had always given Leela Bangalore no.1 spot in terms of hospitality but staff here at Devi Ratn even surpassed them. Got a lovely checkout experience as well. I would like to specially thank Mr.Murari who gave us a wonderful ride and helped us clicking photos towards the end of our stay. There is no area where one can deduct even one star. We would love to visit again soon.

The rooms in the new building don't have a great view. The rooms with odd digits face an empty land where you can watch local people come every morning for their morning routine behind the bushes. You know what I mean.

Had booked this stay for my parents, and they could not stop raving about the service and the hotel in general. Absolutely stunning hotel outside the Pink City of Jaipur. The hotel is situated by itself across the local mountain range and is approximate 10 km from city center. The hotel is tiered up a mountain and is set in a semi-circle. The Terra Cotta (re: Pink City) color of the outside easily blends with the local terrain. The room (the best we had during our entire trip) was large and the decor was very soothing. The huge bathroom has all the conveniences one would expect from a 5 star hotel. The outdoor lounge area was wonderful for sitting and having morning coffee or stargazing in the evening. The onsite restaurant had a wonderful selection to choose from with chefs ready to cook anything you could wish for. Would recommend a 2 night stay here as to be able to enjoy Jaipur at leisure as there is so much to see.

need improvement in breakfast buffet.they should not use stp water for watering greens outside the premises where guest are staying during daytime since stp water has bad odour.

it is surrounded by Aravali hills. lot of greens. good architecture.warm and courteous staff.
