Great stay and comfortable place. Staff is very professional and friendly. Also hotel is centrally located and that is a big help. Food was good. We did try food on rooftop as they have a rooftop lounge. We did had breakfast included which was great, specially south Indian breakfast. Beds were comfy and rooms had ambient light. Clean and comfortable. Overall great experience.

I booked a standard double room. I reached the hotel. I paid. They gave me the room. While checking out, they say they gave me a suite or some superior room and that I have to pay more. They gave me the room thinking I was someone else despite taking a copy of my ID. I took the room as for me, it is just a room. Nothing special about it. The lady at the reception is very unprofessional. I had breakfast twice there as there was nothing else in that locality. The chutney went bad. The food is close to mediocre. The restaurant is dirty. You can clearly observe the negligence. Do not go with the photos you see on portals.

It is in the middle of an industrial area which is clear advantage.

The outside of the building is not so nice. It is a very busy avenue. Also, it was difficult communicating in English with many of the staff.

I was attending a conference at Dr Y. Patil Viadyapeeth. Some attendees stayed at the Doubletree Hilton, but the price was way, way over my budget. I found the TAKHT- Executive Suites on Booking with a great rating and do not regret staying there. It was less than 10 min away from the venue, and I was treated like royalty! Sanjeep, the owner, went overboard to be helpful to me. Moreover, when I left my briefcase in an Uber, he contacted the driver and drove himself to meet the driver and recover my item! WOW! What kindness!! Thank you SO much, Sanjeep! I had a clean, comfortable standard room at the back which was quiet. I was offered upon arrival a much nicer suite, but due to the difficulties in communication it was not clear what the price difference would be so I stayed in my little quiet standard room. It was not luxury, but it was clean and I was provided with a coffee machine, coffee and tea in the room. And all staff were very kind. Again, thank you Sanjeep for treating me like a queen. I would definitively stay there again. :-)

We got a standard room and comparatively rooms are pretty bigger. Rooms are well maintained, clean and hygienic. We did receive an early check-in on request. Very quick check-in process.

One of the best stay’s i had recently. Good hotel and great staff. Very helpful and professional. Smooth check-in. They also have morning breakfast service which was helpful. Rooms were clean and bathrooms specifically were well maintained. Food within hotel is also good.

Breakfast included with good amenities. Friendly staff. They provided us early check-in which was a great help, but it was subject to availability. Room had ambient lighting which with work desk. Beds were comfy and soft. Well maintained rooms with clean bathroom. Overall recommended.

Hotel claimed that they could not contact us (so far every other hotel managed to get in contact with us during our trip) and gave one of our 2 rooms away. At arrival they provided us a bigger room for more than the double price! Place is very nosy with rooftop bar and highway just in front of the hotel. A terrible stay.

We got a suite room with jacuzzi, the experience was great. Most luxurious room of the property. They have a separate section for living with glass partition. Ambient lights in room with comfortable beds.

Booked superior king room and i must say those are really comfortable. Rooms are big and definitely value for money with all facilities provided within property. Location is the best part as everything is accessible. Room service and checking was pretty smooth.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Centrally located with easy transport. Also reception staff helped me with a reminder early morning for an event. Beds are cozy and comfortable. They have a desk/work space which helped me get my things going. Room service was very good and on time.

Cockroaches all around, no hot water, no soap, when tried to exit early morning for my flight, main gate was locked
